A nice surprise I booked this room quite some time ago and frankly picked it because of the proximity to the Carnival Breeze. We travel a lot and experience good and bad with hotels. This is better than good. We began with Dee, the receptionist. She is a wealth of information on the area and just a good person. Fun to talk to and good at her job. She made sure that we knew and were booked on the bus to take us over in the morning. From there to a huge, modern room. The king size bed and firm, fluffy pillows were what I needed with a bed sinus headache from flying. The bathroom is also large and well done. A big shower and lots of water pressure. This is definitely a nice surprise. PS. Also she gave us a free dessert coupon for Willie G’s which is an excellent place for lunch.

Night before Cruise The bed is amazing and room is awesome. We had room 202 on Dee's recommendation and it was awesome. The room is very spacious and well laid out. Dee was awesome when we were checking in and recommend dining nearby and even made sure that we had our parking for our cruise. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Great weekend getaway! Dee was a ray of sunshine on a rainy Saturday. Check in was quick and easy. What a great way to start off a little weekend get a way! The room was perfect with a harbor view we watched the cruise ships leave. Perfect lot and walking distance to everything we wanted to do during our stay. It all started with Dee and her happy personality!

5 star only for Dee Our 5 stars is based on the service we received from Dee. Dee acknowledged us immediately upon our arrival and has been extremely friendly and amazing until we left the next morning. Her extreme customer service outweighed the customer service of Travis, whom never acknowledged us and made us feel like we didn't belong here. Thank you Dee for making us feel welcome and happy.

Cruise Trip stay at Harbor House Dee took care of us from the get go. It was our first trip here and couldn't ask for a better room with a view or service! The room is very clean a d modern. Great restaurants only a few steps away. Boats in and out of the harbor are cool to watch. Will stay here again for sure
