What a beautiful holiday experience. My husband and I decided, for the first time, to truly enjoy the full experience of Christmas during December. We've been out to events, attractions, dining, shopping, and experiencing the spirit of the holidays. We came across an excellent hotel discount for the holidays, which is usually more expensive at this time of year. We grabbed it! We also bought tickets to a few of the attractions going on for the Christmas holiday. The room was beautiful and had everything needed to make for a relaxing and exciting stay. What really excited me was all the USB outlets! JOY! It actually started with check-in. We've never experienced such a warm and friendly employee at the check-in desk. At most hotels, check-in staff seem almost stoic, but not this lady. This set us in the mood for a wonderful stay, and it didn't disappoint. We visited a few attractions while there, which was nice because we just had to hop on the elevator and walk to them. The lobby was beautifully decorated with a holiday theme, including a gingerbread village. We are planning to return soon. Thanks!

Disappointed Definitely not our favorite stay by far! We are still here, and have been sweating since 4:45am because the power is out. We’ve tried calling, but there’s no direct number to the front desk. The 469 number is pointless! Also, last night we ate at the cafe which was not busy at all and had to get most everything ourselves. Just one example is there was No silverware, salt & pepper or condiments when seated which we had to hunt down from other tables. Several servers just sat idly watching us. Who I assume was the manager was doing his best to be cheerful and accommodating to all guests but the poor guy can’t do it all on his own! The 3D & 4D Christmas movies specifically haven’t changed in years. It’s definitely making it hard to continue our family tradition of coming here over Christmas break_

Bring plenty of hot water and money The ladies restroom near the lobby only has one faucet working to wash hands. I had no hot water in my room with little water pressure one night and next morning. I was checking out and could not take my shower. Front desk was informed and they said they had a meeting about it sorry for the inconvenience. Most things were closed early, and we had to see it the next day. We were only there for 2 nights. Very disappointing other than the Aquarium and the rain forest. Some of the outside Christmas lights were not on. Bring your own bottled water because they charge you for water in your rooms and limited amenities as well. I can’t imagine if we had a large family how much more difficult that would be. Just bring plenty of stuff including your own hot water.

Overnight stay with long term parking for a cruise event. We had a great evening at the resort, and the staff was very professional. Hazel, at the front desk, was fantastic and made feel very welcome. Thank You, Brian Wood
