Thought I was at the beach! Spent six weeks living at the hotel. Staff were amazing and attentive to our needs. Hot breakfast every morning not just a pack of dry cereal. Sausage eggs and home fries plus juice of your choice. Rooms were clean and pressed anytime we left the building. At the end I was sorry to leave. Did I mention the pool and the Gym?

Sandy doing well Sandy was great. My room needed a microwave and when I went out for a few hours and came back there was the microwave. Great customer service. _ The breakfast is good and hot I had a waffle with eggs and bacon. When I was at this hotel 2 years ago Sandy was there also.

Five star review Driving 10.5 Hours, I called and spoke to “Regina” at the Hampton Inn, in Raleigh/Clayton, NC. I couldn’t wait to meet her for my room reservation. She was receptive, professional and compassionate to my booking needs. All around I truly feel her service, staff in general and in the hotel itself deserves a “5 Star Rating”. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly This hotel is old and outdated and dirty. That being said, the staff was unfailingly polite and helpful. The rooms are stale and our bathroom was yucky. It should lose its Hilton affiliation. I understand each Hampton has an individual owner. This one needs to invest some serious money. The three star rating is only because of the staff, otherwise it’d be a one star. FYI, there is extensive roadwork going on in this area. Not the hotel’s fault, but very difficult to navigate.

Be Kind Staff were friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. I was in town unexpectedly for my father’s funeral and arrangements. Tee, Sandy, and Janie were especially kind and helpful. They, unknowingly, added light to my days; while I was struggling with grief and loss. Thank you.
