This hotel needs help My first impressions driving into the parking lot were not great. From the outside one could see numerous tears and rips in the curtains on a majority of the rooms which gave the building somewhat of a ghetto look. I don’t remember any issues with the front desk so I would say customer service was good but certainly not over the top. The floor I was on was very noisy with lots of young children and another floor almost seemed vacant it was so quiet. From the number of cars in the parking lot I suspect everyone was put in close proximity on that floor. There were maintenance issues throughout including missing handles to furniture, burned out light bulbs and an AC unit that sounded like it was being hit by a sledge hammer when it would cycle on and off. So my recommendation to this hotel would be to hire a good maintenance professional and have house keeping be on the look out for and report the types of issues mentioned. In this price range I don’t expect the standards of a higher end hotel but the basics need to be addressed here.

Hellhole Arrived to a dirty coffee cup on the dresser and the bed used! That was just the beginning... There was urine caked down the toilet, the shower head dripped continually, the blow dryer was ripped out, the remote did not work, fan thumped throughout the night, phone was filthy, temperature dial broken off the shower faucet, the plaster was coming off in so many areas and to top it off a bug ran from the bathroom!!!!!!

Nice hotel, quite location Motorcycles: There is a convenience store and a Dunkin Donuts within walking distance. There is NO restaurant in the hotel or in walking distance. Good Times Arcade and Tavern is close by (about 1.5 miles). The staff of the hotel is friendly and very helpful!
