Great visit to Taylor University, and this place is a go to I stayed at Holiday Inn express Gas City while visiting my daughter at Taylor University. I had read some reviews that made me nervous, but I had been told that they had redesigned the lobby and solved the issues they had before. I was blown away! Great breakfast. Bed and linens super comfortable. Staff keeping the place immaculate from the time I walked in to the time I left, literally. Keep it up, and thank you !

Charged for damage to wash cloths $200 that they won’t even show any kind of proof Stayed and after we left a week later they charged us $200 said there was damage to wash cloths and bed cover they said it looked like makeup. We stay at hotels a bunch with travel baseball and have never had any issue ever. They would not show any proof and just said it is what it is. Unwilling to show proof just tells me they are lying. And $200 for wash cloths. Complete BS the general manager was not a pleasent person basically said they can charge whatever they want without proof because we signed the paper.

Great place to stay The staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs for my stay. They did everything they could to make my stay the best. The room clean and did not even show wear and tear. My favorite part and the most important was the speed of the internet. Even when the hotel was full the speed was great

Clean rooms, great breakfast! We stay here a lot, our daughter goes to college nearby. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and dependable with friendly staff. The breakfast is great! We appreciate the wheelchair accessible rooms and bathrooms which we need. Accessible features like grab bars and hand showers are hard to find, but we can count on Holiday Inn Express to have them. That’s nice.
