Great Experience Excellent location. It was close to everything, but quiet and right on the river. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great, the room was well supplied, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was also good.

Horrible place This hotel is awful. The smell in the room was bad and it seemed unclean. However we were on vacation and not planning on being in our room that much anyway so I would have overlooked these things. But then when we were getting ready for bed my daughter found a human fingernail or toenails in the bed. When we told the lady working at the desk she acted like she did not even care. We booked our room on booking.com so I understood we could not get a refund but the fact that she didn't apologize, offer a new room or even act like she cared was the worst part of this. We moved to the Clarion down the street for the remainder of our stay which was about the same price and it was much better. I would not stay here there are lots of places in the area much better than this.

Great Experience We normally vacation as a family so we use Air BB’s but this was a spare moment thing so we ended up getting rooms. No regrets! We had a great time and a great stay. Very nice staff; good breakfast, lovely view. Spacious rooms; nice lodge areas. I had a great time; really enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful views of the river from every room Spacious room with balconies overlooking the river. Room was clean and everything worked properly. No issues. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice quiet area just a few short blocks away from the chaos of the main drag of Gatlinburg. Quite a few places to eat within walking distance. Would consider returning at some later date if I'm in the area.

Great place to stay Very comfortable and clean, nice accommodation. Easy directions helpful and friendly staff at the desk. We arrived very late due to traffic issues on our way, the staff was just as kind as if we had arrived earlier. He gave us need to know info and found my driving glasses I left on desk and made sure I received them back Beautiful scenery from the back deck
