Great Stay Great stay, good free breakfast and plenty of parking. The team was good, the rooms were clean and cozy. No soft beds but you can't always get that. Cookies in evening were bomb. Only thing I would change but I see no room for is weights in the fitness center. Oh yeah, the elliptical was broke but the Inn did what it was supposed to and gave us a place to rest and sleep for the week we were in town.

A two star hotel for a four-star Tub did not drain. Sink barely drained. Long black hairs on tub, sink, and toilet. Toilet and bathtub or stained. Not enough parking. Loud bar playing live music. Late at night. Railroad goes immediately next to the hotel.

Great Location and Staff The hotel is situated on the corner of Lake Street and Exchange Street which gives you easy access to both Seneca Lake and the adjacent State Park but also everything downtown Geneva has to offer. The staff at the hotel is great. The hotel is a little weathered but still provides clean rooms and a great night and quiet sleep. Gym is okay and lacking in anything but cardio. Nice hotel for the value and location

Would recommend for 1 night. Room was clean but very out dated and in need of new carpet, paint etc. Pillows were uncomfortable and I had a sore neck in the morning but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good with omelettes, bacon, toast, bagels, oatmeal, cereal. I would recommend this hotel for a night. Only reason I gave a lower review was do to needing updating and the pillows.

Top notch! Excellent staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms, although a bit dated. Appreciate the late check out they allowed me and the early breakfast to accommodate an early event. They upped the prices due to the demand that weekend but they made up for it by having extra (and very friendly and helpful) staff and allowing for late checkout. I would definitely stay there again in the future.
