Comfort Suites Georgetown

Front desk people wear a smile! and are Nice! Very friendly front desk. All was good with our stay. Elevator is quick and better than the slow one at Best Western Plus. I would pick this hotel over BW plus. The people at front desk are much nicer here. Very helpful and they even smile. Beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool. Food was Hotel breakfast and was average like almost all hotels. Places to eat all around for dinner close by.

Very nice room Wonderful room and enjoyed breakfast. Was only there late evening and out by 9 but one of the better Comfort Inn and Suites had 4 set of towels and beds were clean and comfortable. Saw the pool but we were traveling and this was just a stop. I booked through Choice either app or website it showed my points but waiting to see if they add on. We stayed in Mobile and the reward was not counted? Sad

THE TRUE MEANING OF KINDNESS! I would like to let you know how wonderful your staff is at the CS Georgetown!!!! Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 42 years, I felt that I must BRAG on 2 of your associates who were so helpful, kind, and a real asset to your facility: #1----Aletha (front office) and #2---Tina (breakfast area) After having car trouble at 1 AM on Sunday 7/14, utilizing roadside car assistance and making a reservation with your agent --- (didn't get her name) and getting to our guest room to rest, relax and sleep, I must say that waking up on Monday and having Aletha greet me with a friendly and professional smile, melted away the stresses of our problems! What a GEM, a true professional, and asset to your Front Office Staff. After chatting with Aletha and asking her if anyone was getting off soon and could I hitch a ride to Walmart, she introduced me to Tina (the staff taking care of your Top-Notch breakfast area). Once Tina clocked out, she took me to Walmart, I picked up my car, returned to the hotel to pack and get back on the road. WOW. I was so impressed with your staff, especially ALETHA!!!! She made me feel less-stressed and was so caring and helped to settle me down after all I had been through during the middle of the night. I hope this never happens again during any trip, but should it, I hope that the help and assistance shown to me and my situation by ALETHA and TINA repeats the caring situation that was shown to me by then. They both deserve some compensation for going above and beyond to take care of me, as a guest, at your lovely hotel. Thank You ! ! ! Patti Riner P. O. Best motel in the area!!! I highly recommend this motel! The staff is very friendly and professional! I stay here usually every week for work on the CLC network and the owner/general manager has always treated me well! He shows awesome care to get me set up with a room!

ok for the money Breakfast was good. There was a lot to pick from., did not have Almond milk. Check in was fast. Old and needs work. Bed was ok. We have a dog so the bedding and roomed smelled like dog. I think you get a dog room automatically if you have a dog, too bad!
