SCAMMERS! absolutely terrible customer service. Cancelled my reservation without my consent. Didn't tell me until I arrived to check in, and did not help whatsoever in finding me new accommodations. The corporate line was no help siting "hotels are operated by franchisees not choice hotels". I'm in complete shock, never had this experience in any hotel, ever. Customer service is non existent here, and I am not left to fend for myself, and try to fins another place last minute. this shouldn't fall on my, it should fall on them.

Dirty Hotel We have stayed at the Quality Inn at 385 Cherry Blossom way for several years as we drive back and forth to Florida. Last nights stay will be our last. We left the first room because of large stains on the comforter. Front desk gave us another room. The comforters were better with minimal staining , gross. The bathroom door was rotten, no additional security on the door it was broken and the entire room was dirty. We pulled out a dresser to plug something in, that’s a whole different level of dirt. When my husband went to the counter at about 6am this morning and let the lady at the counter know it was not acceptable she offered nothing. Had we not been driving for 14 hours and exhausted we would have left and yes, it was that bad that we discuss it. When I returned home I Called the head office for Choice Hotels and sent them pictures of the room and asked that they contact me with an explanation. I have not heart anything to date so I feel my complaint fell on deaf ears.

The Dirtiest Hotel I have Ever Seen in my Hotel Career! The Dirtiest Hotel I have Ever seen in my Choice Hotel Career. Liked · The property is renovating rooms. This may be the only thing that will save the property. I liked the location, but wish I had taken myself and family next door. I am a loyal Choice Hotel member, and that's why I chose the Quality Inn. I paid top-price (but budget as compared to other options). I booked (3) rooms, and we got by. It was only for a night. Disliked · I did not like non-functioning toilet and the filth. I rented three rooms. All random rooms, and each had a consistent theme of neglect and filth. Overall property neglect, the bedding smelled like sweat, the linens were dingy and old, hair was everywhere, spills on floor, mucous on walls, spills, trash, hairy bedding. The housekeepers need to be trained, and the property owner needs to care. I have worked for Choice hotels, I have personally cleaned rooms, inspected rooms by Choice protocol, and managed a hotel in Illinois. It is hard work, but worth the effort. This hotel has poor quality for the brand!

GROSS...NOT AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURES! Other than conveniently located, everything else was bad. So not wanting to drive any further, thought I'd give it a shot. MY BAD! Lobby & rooms looks NOTHING like the beautiful pics on-line. Room was old and in need of repair. Front door squeaked loudly. Floor felt like I was going to fall thru in one spot. Caulk around tub was black in spots (see pics) Hairdryer was dirty (see pics) Ironing board had smeg on it (see pics) Pool was green and full of algae. And there is NO "hot breakfast" Unless they are in the process of fixing the place up, don't waste your time or money at Georgetowns Quality Inn!

Very Nice for an Average Hotel I was in Georgetown for business and just needed a bed for the night. The folks at the reception desk were friendly. My room was clean, the linen and towels were fresh, and the bed was very comfortable. The wifi worked, the refrigerator was cold, and I got a couple of channels on the TV. My room was on the I75 side of the building - road noise could be a problem, but I always travel with a fan to provide some white noise. I was up and on the road early so I can't comment on breakfast, Overall, why pay $120+ a night when $64 a night gets you everything you need!
