Good stay No issues, and hotel was clean and rooms were better than expected. The workout room seemed to be a little worse than average for a hotel.

Overall Decent stay, needs updating This hotel is owned & operated by the Univ of Memphis and the college of hospitality resides within this location. The hotel staff was friendly & responsive. The hotel was clean & quiet. The hotel is dated & due for major upgrades. It’s overdue for new carpet, drapes, upholstery, and bathroom finishes. It needs better lighting, only has lamps, no recess/overhead lights. We paid $132 for one night which I felt was slightly over priced considering the condition of the hotel & it was on a Monday.

Great Everything from check in to check out was great even with the worldwide Microsoft outage. Has everything you need/want from hot breakfast, to casting tv, fitness center and pool. Only thing is there are no microwaves in the rooms so don't order pizza and expect to heat it later.

Safe & Security Onsite I left another hotel because my car was broken in to that morning. I counted Hyatt to ask if they had security, which they assured me they did. Security was the first person I saw once I arrived. I was greeted by customer service right away. I shared my concerns and he assured me I was in great care. I was able to rest knowing that my vehicle was being protected. I know nothing is 100% free of incident, but Hyatt provided me with the peace of mind I needed. I will always book with them first!
