Great views of Mt Etna and a lovely beach! Spent a week here and had the most relaxing time! The beach was beautiful and well kept, clean and not too busy. The couplex is huge, with lush green all around which makes a change in Sicily! Food wasn't up to my standards in the main complex but the traditional sicilian restaurant made up for it. My favourite spot to chill was the beach bar, staff there were amazing, especially Frederico who took pride in his job and customer service! Great cocktails and a friendly face _ Would return simply for the incredible views of Etna which we could see from our balcony _

Never come back The hotel has deteriorated. bad animation. water aerobics for children, not sports. there is nothing to do in the evening. It is not possible to sleep in the villa rooms. The air conditioners are so loud on all sides that it is impossible to sleep. There is also a problem in restaurants, there is little choice. The distribution staff seem to be tearing off the last piece of themselves. I will not return to this hotel again.

Horrible hotel the worst hotel I ever visited. Dark, basic rooms, like a student hostel. There was dog mess outside our door which was awful. The bathroom has no window. The photos on the website are not a true representation of what you get. The staff were rude and unhelpful and the food made my wife sick. We did not stay, we moved to another hotel it was that bad. This hotel is not as advertised. I cannot stress how bad it is. It is a bad hotel and certainly not a four star.

Super Ressort en Sicile A great family holiday in a resort that offers all the amenities you'd expect for a great vacation. We were there for 2 weeks and particularly appreciated the quality of the facilities (Olympic pool is just great, Stella di Mare restaurant) but above all the kindness, dedication and passion of the teams on site. Giuseppe, the operations manager, is passionate about helping people discover Sicily and offering a unique experience at different levels, and I'd like to thank him for all his attention. Giulia, Claudia and Stephania were fantastic in terms of entertainment and supervision of the children, and Marco is incredibly attentive to the children, with a friendliness that deserves to be emphasized. Nunzio, Daniele and Daniella take great care of the restaurant/pool bar. Bravo!!!

Fabulous family holiday Amazing hotel and staff, perfect family holiday. Booked all inclusive via Citalia we had rooms in main hotel with views of Etna and the sea, rooms cleaned daily and food was excellent, always something delicious on the menu! My only disappointment was although kettle and coffee in the rooms no milk provided so had to buy at local supermarket, it would be good if this was provided Concierge service helpful with hire car and taxis, with all inclusive option beach towels and sun beds included as well Thank you to all the staff especially those at the pool bar who were delightful
