Love the new and improved rooms! I recently had to make an unexpected trip out to the Gilbert area, and being that I am a Hilton member, chose the Hampton Inn & Suites. First off, I've stayed st this property before, over 5 years ago, and it looked basically the same on the outside, but the room I had was definitely better than I remember! The bed was what I would expect from a Hilton property, the room was clean and updated,and even though I was close to the 202, the room was quiet. I loved being close to so many great places to eat! The staff was wonderful and truly made an effort to get to know me in the short time I was here. I will definitely be coming back!

Clean We arrived late and left early so can’t comment too much. We were upgraded to a king suite. The room was large and spotless. Not sure why it seems Hilton is going to those small pillows but I’m not a fan. My wife made us some breakfast while I retrieved the car. Not bad. Would stay here again.

Rooms are very old and dirty. No Wi-Fi on upper floors. Was there with 6 other co-workers who all experienced the same Don’t prepay for room. The rooms are dirty, old and Wi-Fi doesn’t work on certain floors. I had booked and prepaid for 5 nights and after complaining to the front desk and Hilton Honors, I couldn’t get a refund and left early, leaving an empty room.

Great location but needs a remodel. Great location when visiting Gilbert,however this hotel needs a major renovation. Pros: cable television had well over 100 channels, very nice bonus. Most employees were very nice. Always appreciate the microwave fridge combo. Cons: when checking out at front desk the staff member stopped processing my check out when she noticed another customer walk by. Called him to the desk to help him with a room key issue. After they were done she asks me again, what room again!? Wow.. very inconsiderate. I had hours of travel ahead of me and needed to get checked out. Microwave in the room did not work. Mold in bathtub/shower combo. That tub has been caulked over so many times it’s time for a replacement. Floor was lumpy. Weird, like a walking on a hill.

Warning Disgusting! Toilet clogged. Bath would not drain. Pool is green. Kids with diapers in the pool. Key card would not work most of the time. Had to keep going to the front desk to get in the room. 1 night and I left!
