Fabulous stay Fabulous stay. Can’t fault this hotel. Fabulous location in the town centre opposite a beautiful square yet quiet. Friendly staff. Large, homely, comfortable and bright bedroom. Continental breakfast is only £5.00. The porridge is excellent. Great choice of fruit . Bread selection is limited.

Great location, welcoming but a little frayed round the edges. Great city centre location, on George Square, next to Queen Street station, also handy for bus station and Central Station. You can see this has been a grand hotel in its day, with wide corridors on the bedroom floors. By modern standards the rooms could be described as average. Across two recent stays I noted some slightly dodgy plumbing and quirky electricals - I mentioned both to reception and was smilingly told “ It’s the age of the hotel sir!” The restaurant appears to be entirely closed except for breakfast, but no problem as there are a myriad of dining options nearby.

Worst customer service Worst customer service experience from reservation’manager’. Please get him trained in customer service as my experience was embarrassing to your hotel chain. Yes fully aware we booked a standard room but unfortunately room 426 is not shown on your website

Outdated this is the 21st century _ We booked into the millennium on Thursday 1st August 2024, we had previously stayed at the millennium a few times over the years, loved the area and George square. Especially la vita restaurant in the corner amazing food, however I thought I would book the executive room for a treat for my wife, these rooms haven’t changed in 10 years, outdated, is a understatement, worn and tired, pine wooden wardrobe, telephones you seen in the 1960’s small tv, that you would expect to be at least a 50” fixtures and fittings tired, £150 for the night, no breakfast included, now at that price you would think breakfast would be included, George square now is a car free zone, only for taxis and buses, so if you are staying here, expect a walk to park your car, with no help offered, On checkout no customer service offered to ask how was our stay!!, just took the keycard and that was it. The millennium has the attraction of the glass front windows that suits business meet up’s, meetings etc. but the rooms and service are letting this hotel down, disappointed experience

great location, well looked after We had tickets for a show in the royal concert hall and due to confidence on trains running we booked a night in the millennium Hotel, absolutely surprised and satisfied with our room, clean, warm, cosy and had everything we needed for a nights stay. staff were very helpful and have no issues with recommending the millennium hotel for a nights break in Glasgow.
