I absolutely recommend. Our family booked a room here for a funeral of a young friend but we over booked the room and Billy the general manager was incredible to work with and extremely understanding. He was able to refund us for the last night even though no one else at choice hotels was able to. Along with that, I would highly recommend staying here. Traveling with younger kids can be tricky but I really liked that there wasn't much surrounding this hotel and that there was large open space round the building. The building its self has a decent pool with a practically unused fitness room and the dining area is huge. We've stayed places that you have to squeeze in to get a place to sit for breakfast. The rooms were very spacious and had a pull out bed for our wiggly children where no one had to share a bed. The front desk clerks were extremely nice and professional with my interactions. If we ever stay in Phoenix again I will be staying here. I booked my reservation on the choice hotel website and had no problems what so ever.

Great Family Suite Booked the 2 room family suite for an overnight on 7/20/24. Great location with easy access of Loop 101 and Camelback. Dozens of nearby restaurants, Wal Mart less than a mile away and State Farm stadium 5 minutes. Large 2 room suite with plenty of room for a large family. We had the King side with a sleeper sofa while daughter took the 2 queen side. Large bathroom (only 1) for the 2 room suite. Comfy beds, quiet location. Good breakfast the next morning as we headed on to Vegas.

Worst service ever! Booked a 2 night reservation about 8 months in advance. Called and confirmed the reservation week of. Show up to check in and they had canceled the reservation!!! Ok, accidents happen. Nope, they would only "reinstate" our reservation if we paid DOUBLE our booked rate. Instead of $329 for 2 nights they wated $300+tax a night. Felt more like a stick up. Absolutely blown away by the lack of, service, care or compassion from 3 different employees including management. Hilton for the stay!

Disappointing The room (# 219) was called a "presidential suite". very strange, room configuration. Quite outdated. Translucent glass block wall between bathroom and bedroom. Very loud air conditioning system, and poor sound cancelling between rooms. The Wi-Fi was spotty., went on and off constantly--- and would only re-connect by going out in the hallway. The front desk clerk explained that the hotel was "sold out" so therefore WI=Fi was affected, so, basically, "too bad".. The TV was connected by a very cumbersome satellite feed. NO ice machine available except on the 4th floor. The king bed had a series of square pillows-- not normal pillows. very odd. The included breakfast was about what you'd expect for free. Coffee was ok. Safe to say, we would be careful before choosing Comfort Suites again.

Buyer Beware - can be cancelled at any time Be warned that this place plays pretty loose with confirmed visits when it’s busy, and you may find yourself without a room. We come to Glendale every year for spring training, and knowing the crowds that come every year, we made our reservations for this hotel directly on the hotel’s website three months in advance. Email confirmation and everything, and that was the last email we got from them. But when we arrived, we were told that our three-day reservation had been cancelled by the hotel without any notice to us, and that the hotel had no room because “we’ve been booked for months.” The reason the hotel gave was a declined credit card - but we got no notice either from the hotel or credit card that there had been any decline, and the card company confirmed there had been no decline. So not a great story for the hotel to go with. Much more likely - this hotel simply oversold and needed rooms. Crappy way to treat people who stay every year, we had to scramble to find another place to stay on zero notice, and needless to say, we’re not coming back.
