Nice Visit We arrived for an overnight visit to see my granddaughter’s school program. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Our room was clean and pleasant. My son forgot his toothbrush and he was given a complementary one and toothpaste. We didn’t have breakfast, as we were in a hurry, but it smelled good. We would stay here again.

Nice Visit We arrived for an overnight visit to see my granddaughter’s school program. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Our room was clean and pleasant. Ok to skip this one We checked in and the room smelled musty and somewhat unpleasant. We turned on the AC and unpacked , after a few minutes we could smell something burning, then the fire alarm went off. We went to front desk immediately. They seemed unconcerned and moved us to another room. The fire department lockbox / zone identifier in the entryway was beeping and flashing the whole time we were there, we asked about it but again unconcerned. Next morning at 10:10 when we came downstairs there were several of the breakfast travel bags the hotel prepares for guests traveling. We put our things in our car and came back 2 minutes later to get a couple of the bags and they had been moved to the back counter and we were told "only available til 10". We checked out and there was no adjustment offered for the inconvenience of the problem with the room. Overall the hotel could have been a bit cleaner, it seemed a bit worn.

Place is in sad need of maintainece This place is falling apart. As you enter the Halls are filthy make your way to the elevator and view the beat up scratched up walls as you smell Marijuana going down the hallway. As you enter your room it will be clean but in sad need of maintainence . For example ditty air return, mold on drapery and walls as well as various items s Falling apart. Toilets don't flush broken lock on bathroom and ac controller falls off the wall. If this is too much for You then you can request another room. Be careful because 3 other rooms that you request either smell like mold or are just as bad. Don't stay Here it's much cleaner to sleep on your car.

Sorry but, NEVER again Gave them a chance, spoke with the manager, then had this to say to them after the first discussion, "I have to stay one more night. I came back to my room just now and, no toilet paper, no clean towels, no service at all. ALL WEEK. I have not once put a DnD on my door and have not had service even once since I checked in Monday. The lamp on the desk is ON now and I've never even sat there and used that lamp. Who came in my room today, turned on the lamp I've never touched, and left without servicing my room?? It almost seems like it's on purpose. Guaranteed, after this text, I will be reviewing this "hotel" on every site I use.(Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor and Booking.com) I can't believe after yesterday's discussion, this is what I'm doing my last night in NC." Search my profile, look at my reviews and you'll see I'm not a chronic complainer. I'm a genuine person that gives honest, real reviews. Sorry Goldsboro Hampton but, never again.

Don't know if I'll be back or recommend When we arrived we received our keys. Went to the room and noticed that the bathroom had black mold on the shower wall and other places. We told hotel staff member Stacy, and she assured us that it would be taken care of...IT WAS NOT!!! We were there for 6 days, and it was never addressed even though we told her again. No one called to follow up. So disappointing. The pool was closed, and it never opened while we were there. We got compensated for that, but I really wanted to use it. The breakfast staff was accommodating , and for the most part, the breakfast was good. The room was nice, but the chaise lounge had spots on it. The light went out on the nightstand, and they never fixed it while we were there, even though we told them. I love the fact they had a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. The faucet in the tub never stopped running. Told them that, too, and it never got fixed.
