A good choice Convenient location just off the I-65 exit and 11 miles from downtown Nashville. This hotel is a nice option if you don’t want to spend the premium for a downtown location. The lobby areas show some wear but the rooms are clean and well kept. Convenient ice machine and a decent free breakfast for this price level. The staff is always friendly and accommodating to my needs whenever I stay here. I spend about 100 nights a year in hotels and can honestly say this is one of the better Comfort Inn locations within their chain. I actually look forward to my business trips to Nashville now. Don’t hesitate. This one is a winner.

3-5 stars on a budget! Is this a 5 star hotel? No of course not. Is it a 5 star for the price? Yes. Breakfast is breakfast, it gets the job done and you don't go hungry. Staff; they are amazing! Very friendly, had lots of suggestions, etc. Rooms; they are ok but what do you expect? Do you want to pay $500 or just over $100. King size room was fine, the sheets were clean, comforter was clean and absolutely no bugs! The couch in the room, yes has old stains on it but we read the reviews and came prepared and brought a blanket to cover it up. Would we return? Yes. Price is right, on a budget and were wonderful. Very Nice Hotel Stayed in the king executive suite because we needed the room for a small family gathering. The living room area was large and the table fit the six of us perfectly for dinner. The room was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed my waffle at breakfast. Wifi was good enough to be able to stream shows. The location was convenient for what we needed, although I-65 makes it a bit noisy. The hotel was also a little difficult for some of our family members to find. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Would stay here again when visiting family in the area.

NICE CLEAN LARGE ROOM, COMFORTABLE BED That is all that was good about the hotel (title of the review). While the exterior of the building was freshly painted, the side walk looked as though it had Never seen water, paint or a broom. Cigarette BUTTS lined the seating area, cracks in the sidewalk. Had we not been traveling all day, we probably would not have stayed. The prices were high, they said because of the CMA festival. It certainly was not worth the money. Similar to price gouge. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was closed. The pool should have been closed as well. Look like the ceiling was going to fall in any moment. Needless to say, I never used the indoor pool. The breakfast, while free, was the same the three days we stayed. Free parking. Choice hotels has really gone down over the years and especially since Covid has hit. I should have learned that from a recent trip going south on interstate 95 (South Carolina). I believe we were hoping for the best. Hotels were hard to get that weekend especially since there was a festival in town. About a mile or two from the hotel on Conference Drive??? there are plenty of places to eat. We were only 10-15 minutes from Downtown Nashville.

Won’t do again Choice hotels seem to get worse. Years ago they seem to be solid average hotels. Recently all Choice brands are below average now. This location fits that. The lobby has been recently remodeled, the hallway carpet is in need of replacing yesterday. The couch in our room I would not dare sit on, the tub was a jet tub of some type, beds were fine. Had we driven up and seen the outside this hotel would have been a hard pass. Little things mean a lot. Sidewalks cracked and discolored are a red flag. The staff was very nice, there are just too many obstacles physically to overcome.
