QI G Some good and some bad. The internet worked well, the location is great, employee interactions were good, the bed and shower were clean. The carpets are oddly sticky, the non smoking room smells of smoke and i assume it is smoke being pulled in by ac units from smokers outside the room, and breakfast does qualify as hot due to the presence of a waffle maker but not a lot more is offered besides yogurt, cereal and jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches. I was nota fan of the mattress but my wife was so you may or may not care for it.

What a nightmare... We made reservations at the Quality Inn in Goodlettsville, TN after viewing the pictures of the rooms and property on their website and reading the reviews by other customers. When we spoke with the customer service rep, he informed us that if we paid the entire fee upfront that he could give us a cheaper rate that would be nonrefundable. Since the pictures looked great and the reviews were good, we decided to take the deal. A week later, when we arrived at the hotel, it was nothing like the hotel pictured online. It didn't stop there. The rooms were trashy. Water stains on the ceiling, the ceiling was falling apart, the frig did not work, the bathroom fan had not been dusted for months, old mold stains were found behind the bathroom door, the tub was not a jetted tub, it was a tub from the 70's, the air conditioner was leaking water onto the carpet and the house cleaning staff left sopping wet towels onto top of the air conditioner. When we reported this to the hotel management and asked for another room, ask they could say was that they were sorry and that they didn't have any other rooms available. In addition to this, we were never informed that some of the guests lived there permanently. At night, there was so much noise, we couldn't get any sleep. We were traveling with 2 elderly relatives in their 80's and one of which just had hip surgery and a heart attack a couple of months before our trip. They both didn't feel safe at the hotel. We ended up leaving after a couple of days. We never got refunded for the days we didn't stay. When we returned home, we contacted our bank to get reimbursed for the awful experience. Our bank was not very helpful. What Quality Inn did is called the BAIT & CATCH. They posted fraudulent pictures of the hotel. Trapped us with a cheaper nonrefundable rate, then when you get to the hotel, you didn't get what you paid for. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR AT ANY QUALITY INN OR CHOICE HOTEL AFFILIATION. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Staff was very rude on the phone to us. We had resevations to stay at Quality Inn in Goodlettsville, TN so we could attend a performance at the Ryman Aditorium on a certain night. We were notified by the venue a couple days before the performance that the show was rescheduled due to Hurricane Helena. We wanted to get a refund from Quality Inn: Goodlettsville thinking they might make a exception to their no refund policy. My wife called Booking.com and they said we could get a refund but first they would to have to speak to the hotel. When my wife called the hotel to try to explain to the clerk, the clerk was EXTREAMELY RUDE! SHE STARTED YELLING AT HER! We will never make make a reservation at this hotel again.

DO NOT STAY HERE Check-in: easy, staff was helpful Location: sketchy, very loud, area felt unsafe Room: smelled bad, very dirty, sheets were visibly dirty, ceiling had yellow crust on it, shower had hair on the walls, bathroom floor and walls were visibly dirty, chair was covered in dust and dirt, door locked but seemed very easy to break, carpet was new Outside: we checked out 2 nights early after just one night because we felt so unsafe; when we left there were workers moving furniture outside the rooms on the bottom floor, there were piles of carpet all over the parking lot Other: this is a motel the doors are on the outside which makes it feel even more unsafe

Bday Trip I wanted some fun at my motel for my bday so chose this one. There were two across the street that were a good bit cheaper but didn't offer an indoor pool or hottub. That's whole reason I booked this motel. I checked in at 1:35 and ate and watched TV. Went to get in pool and hottub a little before 6pm. Both were ice cold so I called the front desk and were informed they were not working. Wow. This should have been told to me before I paid. I will be calling corporate and my bank bc didn't pay thos higher price for amenities that don't work. Also staff is not great and there is a smell. Never stay here
