Awesome breakfasts We stayed at the comfort inn for 3 days and it was indeed very comfortable! The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The shower worked great and we had hot water immediately and all the time. The best part of staying here was their breakfasts. They offered many breakfast items including sausage and eggs, waffles, toast, yogurts, fruit, biscuits and gravy, and cereal. It was all delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great staff! Checked in a little later in the evening. Front desk staff were super friendly, really set the tone for the stay. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was ok, little bit hard and didn't really help after a long day of driving, but it was a bed and were able to sleep. Breakfast was ok. Location was convenient.

2 babes and a brew When we walked up, the check in the unfriendly desk clerk was outside with 3 others smoking. Ugh. Hotel claims to have a pool and exercise room. They stated they were under repair. I assure there was no visible repair going on. Room was nice everything worked and was comfortable. Breakfast was good, clean and young lady was nice.

Marginal, expensive for what it is & not the cleanest. Have been going to this Comfort Inn for the last 27 yrs, only hotel close to family in Grain Valley, other than a Courtyard in Blue Springs. Use to be reasonably priced for a place just to sleep. Always marginal though! Has doubled in price since Dec 2022, no pool, no fitness ctr, filthy chair in room to name a few. The next closest hotel is a Courtyard whish is usually about $50 more than Comfort Inn. Comfort Inn was $170, I usually stay 2 to 3 nights, at this price I only stayed 1 night. Courtyard was $135, but it was full. I will stay in a Blue Springs hotel before I ever stay at this Comfort Inn again. Has never been the cleanest, even after their remodel. I would not recommend this hotel!

Good service, disapoointing breakfast I rae chain hotels a 4 if they live up to the chain's standards--higher if they're exceeding in important ways. This location might have gotten a 5 for customer service. Our TV was wonky and kpt changing its input, but the staff responded imeditatly and we were able to re-set the thing after they figured it out for us--I'm confident they'll sort it out after I reported it on check-out. The downside was the customary breakfast. I have prefeered Choice hoels in part because the complimentary breakfast has met my dietary needs--I require a high-protein, low-glycemic meal. This hot breakfast was biscuits and sausage gravy--not the sort of thing I ought to embrace--in addition to the make-your-own waffles which I love but avoid. I opted for some biscuit and gravy and a yogurt--but I'm going to need them to get back to eggs and bacon or sausage or I'm going to have to switch my loyalties to another chain.
