Friendly Staff & EV charger Didn't stay the night but we did need to use their EV charger desperately as there Really weren't any in town. We called and the woman at the front desk (I beleive she was the front desk manager) let us know we could come charge up. She actually came to take a picture of the car since we were the first to try the new charger. She even let us sit and wait in the lobby and enjoy some coffee. Awesome team they have here, would reccomend just for that!

Not bad, but not as clean as expected from Holiday Inn The facility was nicely updated and the lobby/breakfast area was very nice. Breakfast was exactly to Holiday Inn Express standards. However there were problems that made it unlikely that we would return: Pool water could have been cleaner, but pool room did not have A/C and was as hot as the outdoors (over 100). The carpet next to our bed had food crumbs on it and did not look like it had been vacuumed. The room next door had a dog, so, yeech, there could have been pets in our room previously- a real turnoff.

Nice place Hotel has everything you need for a good visit. The hotel has breakfast in the morning for a quick bite and it’s on the main strip so you can get too many of the restaurants and shopping areas while you enjoy your visit.

Good, but some dog issues Hotel was very nice...clean, comfortable, and friendly, efficient staff. Breakfast was decent. It is apparently a pet friendly hotel, and that caused us some unfortunate issues. There was a dog in the room above us that kept running around until about midnight, making it impossible to get to sleep. The next morning, we tried to go to the indoor pool. The dog, who was off its leash, charged us at the door so we left. We later reported the issue to the front desk, and the clerk tried to be helpful. She indicated that the dog had been identified by the owners as a service animal, but it didn't appear that way to us. It looked more like the family pet. The clerk explained that they couldn't challenge customers if they identified their pet as a service animal. Unfortunately, one customer's carelessness and lack of concern for others made this a less than desirable stay for us, and probably others.

Very customer oriented Eric at the front desk is exceptional...giving ideas about what to do in the area and graciously answered our questions. It has staff that are tuned in to detail, and the morning breakfast is delicious. Room was comfortable and the only concern we heard would be if your room is close to the ice machine it can be noisy.
