Housekeeping Rocked It Finally, a hotel that hasn’t forgotten to do daily room service unlike other chains since the world went crazy. I stayed 6 nights and had complete cleaning service and coffee replaced daily without having to ask for it and being disappointed when it doesn’t happen.

Nice experience A lot of our family stayed there together. We loved the breakfast (plenty of hot biscuits), plenty of parking, the only thing missing was an elevator. A map or indication of which door was closest to the room (several outside doors) could have been nice but we found our way around.

Clean, front staff not friendly My only complaint was about the front desk. We had a family emergency the morning before we were supposed to check out. It would have been 24 hours notice from our normal check out time, I tried to explain it to the front desk person (I was visibly upset) and she refused to check us out or give us a refund for the following day. It was very cold hearted.

Awesome Accommodations!! I was in awe when I entered my motel room!! Excellent Service, Accommodations, and Great Location !!! Boarders is definitely the ONLY place I will stay in Grand Island. 5-Star Rating!! Rooms are spacious and the King Bed is SO comfortable! The Breakfast was A #1 !

Business center is not really a business center I was there on business and found the "business center" that was advertised as completely inadequate. There were 2 older computers in the lobby and when I asked if I could print from my flash drive I was told "the usb ports on the computers don't work" I had to go elsewhere to find somewhere to print and the young gentleman at the desk was very irritated by my request and was less than hospitable when encountering me the next day.
