A true handicap room We have been traveling, staying in motels, for two weeks. I always request a handicap room because I have mobility issues. Our room here was by far the best we stayed in on our trip. Especially appreciated the walk-in shower. Room would accommodate a wheelchair easily. Nice suite with a functional kitchen.

Unfortunate and no accountability Do not book, especially through third party. Hotel does not honor booked and confirmed reservations for specific room type. And when you ask for them to make it right they dig their heels in further to be unhelpful. The photos show the uncomfortable roll away bed left outside of our room, blocking the hallway, and when we asked for someone to come set it up, they never showed. Super disappointed and will never spend money with this hotel group again. Boooo.

Roach coach A "regular" at this hotel stole my laundry out of the dryer and then staff protected him instead of getting my personal items back from him. Staff on check-in were very rude. By the front desk admission to me they have people staying there without being in a room and all they could say was "unfortunately you have to wait or "unfortunately I don't know what room that person is staying in...I swear to God if I hear "unfortunately" from hotel staff I am going to be super pissed. Then I caught one of the housekeeper's wearing my pants after they "unfortunately couldn't do anything about it". WORST SERVICE EVER AND I WONT EVER USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN!

Careful! Don’t trust it!! The hotel appears clean at first glance, however it isn’t. The elevator stainless steel is covered in handprints and even some footprints at the 4 foot high level. It actually appears like someone was pinned face first against the elevator doors. Our room is so dirty I question if my sheets are even clean or just a lazy housekeeper remaking the bed. The toilet seat was up and urine and hairs covered the under seat. The bathroom floor has pubic hairs and other hairs. The toilet paper was toward the end of the roll and the body wash was empty after 4 pumps. The carpet in the main room was so dirty my toddlers hands were black. The surfaces on the nightstand are covered with sticky cup rings from old drinks. One plus is they have a luggage cart you can use to bring your stuff in on.

Do NOT stay!!!! Compliants: 1: cost for a single, non smoking was $225 a night!. 2: guess what you get for that $225.... -no continental breakfast -no ice! Not a single ice machine on property -very shoitty tv service! Had to wait 2-5 minutes for each channel to load to see if it was something I wanted to watch. It took me 2.5 hours to find something to watch that I really wasn't interested in watching. 3. Unfriendly staff. When asking about ammentities, was told " This is what we have". I will never visit an IHG hotel again. Even the local roach motels have better service, tv programming and free ice. Never again!
