Great CLEAN property in GREAT location Great Front Desk staff! This recently renovated property is in a perfect location (albeit busy)! nice serene natural surroundings. The rooms and property are all very clean/pristine. We were waiting for our digital key to arrive when the NICEST clerk, JASMINE approached and said she would check on our room. It was not ready but she moved us to one that was so we didn't have to wait, I think she could tell we were a bit tired. Thank you again SO much Jasmine! Phil was also very nice & friendly! Breakfast is your standard Hampton eats, always something for everyone! Nice to have a shuttle to/from GRR as well. Would recommend and stay again!!

Just want some help gettin my property repaired. It’s only right. This hotel had the parking lot resurfaced on Wednesday June 19th. They did not let guest know that cars needed to be moved but hired a tow truck to move cars that were in the way. I was traveling for business and while out on a job, the paving company tried to move my new motorcycle and ended up dropping it, damaging suspension parts and scratching up the bike from front to back. Rather than do the right thing and say something so I don’t risk my life riding a damaged motorcycle the next time I get on it. They said NOTHING. I asked the hotel for camera footage so I could file an insurance claim but the hotel is covering for the company they hired to do the work and refuses to help in any way. This in addition to the staff bringing another hotel guest to my door mid week accusing me of picking up someone’s air pods because the location showed them in the area. They tracked to location to the laundry room which was 2 floors down from me where she lost her AirPods in her bedsheets.

Not up to the standards Hampton Inn is our go to place when traveling, but this one was a real disappointment. The room smelled badly and the staff was not helpful. Breakfast was not up to standard. The bed was not comfortable. Since when does Hampton Inn allow dogs in their hotels? There was several being walked through the lobby and the front grass verge where cars pull up to unload was full of dog droppings. Disgusting! I contacted HI and they wrote back and told me that the hotel had been in touch with us. That never happened. Supposedly, we received extra points for our stay, but there is no way to check that. Not staying here again!

One of the Nicest Hamptons Very nice hotel. Looks brand new with no signs of wear and tear. Very friendly staff as well. Just minutes from GRR and there are plenty of restaurants close by. One of the best Hampton Inns I’ve stayed in. Room 203 was spacious 295$!- very large TV.
