Wedding Reception and Dance We can’t say enough about having our reception and dance at this venue. Debrah and Patty were exceptional to deal with for everything. They made sure every last detail was taken care of and were so professional. The tables were beautiful and the venue did not need much for decorations. We were able to go in the day before to set up . We choose the Canadian Buffet for our meal. The food was exceptional, the bbq chicken and the roast beef were delicious. Our guests went back for seconds and so did we!! The pie desserts were also great. We danced all night and our bar tender was amazing. They supplied 2 security guards just to make sure no one tried to wander in to our reception. The next morning we booked The sunshine room for a huge family breakfast buffet, it was so nice to have this space for all of us to meet and enjoy time together. We were able to leave everything after the party and pick up the decorations on Sunday which was awesome. Totally recommend this venue to anyone planning a celebration!!!!!

Oil & Gas Profesional The location is good pending on where you work. I have to say that this is possibly the worst Holiday Inn I have stayed at caused by a few issues. As a traveler I am unfamiliar with the area and we stay here because of ease of the breakfast; however, there is no breakfast included as they have their own hotel restaurant. This strikes me as a money grab not an extension of the great Holiday Inn Label. Other chains will give you a breakfast voucher for that restaurant. The second major is the the hotel only offers cleaning once every five days. Even during Covid crazy days I have seen a maximum of three days between cleans which is still a long time frame. This is from other Hotel chains but ALSO in other Holiday Inn's. I can honestly say this is one of the worst guest services I have seen. I believe this Hotel in particular is using covid as an excuse not to have to pay employees to continue a great service as per usual. I am thoroughly disappointed and will now be taking a break from staying at this chain as is my crew.

Great hotel for business traveller Stayed during a cold snap earlier this year, it was great the hotel has energized stalls and underground parking. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Very clean! Bed was very comfortable. Only complaint I could have would be if you are on the front side, you can hear the motor traffic, it is on the corner of two major roads.

Poor staff. Rayn Abused and attached by worker at 7/9/29 @ early morning. Had hotel room booked, and asked for bag left at desk. And asked why it couldnt be sent to room. Verbally asulsted, and threatened me. Locked me out of room. Called police because I asked for room key.. said I was threat. Worst place ever. Stayed at hoiday inn for 5 years plus, never again. Sent mesg on face book. With no reply. Why you hire abusive power hungry people like Ryan who was working at early morning shift Aug 9 2019. Who kicks people out there room for asking for there bag that was left at desk. Calling the police? Hanging up phone on multiple people trying to help me get my stuff!

Nice hotel for business travel Stayed here during the deep freeze (-30s). Hotel is very nice, room spacious, nicely decorated. Love that there is a pillow menu. Every hotel should have that. My only complaint is that the air smelled a bit of emissions, similar to that smell you get on a plane before departing. I suspect it has to do with the cold temps and the location of my room but it did give me a bit of a headache. Nonetheless, I still recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
