Nice hotel, nice stay! I've stayed in a lot of hotels/motels - this was first time ever in a Rodeway. This place is really nice. Take any older negative reviews with a grain of salt. As others have posted, this hotel seems to have been renovated. Room was spacious and clean, nice new towels, amazing water pressure in the shower, bed was comfortable. I was here for a night for work so didn't use the pool but that area is really great! Hot tub too. Would be a fun place to hang for a few days if you have kids. The area around it is nothing special. There's a Brann's next door but not much else within walking distance. But Grand Rapids, Allendale (GVSU), downtown Grandville are all close by. Plus the rate was amazing. Definitely check it out if in the area.

Free Electric charging for your car! Newly renovated hotel. Has 4 free charging stations to charge your electric vehicle overnight. There is a nice restaurant ( steak and BBQ) next door. Light breakfast consisted of cereal, oatmeal, bagels, pastries, fruit.

Beds were comfy and close to everything When we pulled out in was right next to the highway and not in a high traffic area which we like but the place was old. Paint peeling off the building, almost didn't want to go inside. Once inside lobby was beautiful and smelled of chlorine. It was nice to park right outside the window of our room. Beds were comfy, bathroom, fridge and tv all worked fine. The halls smelled of chlorine, the pool surely wasn't heated and only swam in it once out of our 4 night stay and had cameras everywhere.No really complaints of this place it just was defiantly outdated then we expected but for the price it worked for us. We drove to Holland daily and it was so easy to get on the highway

For Larry Jones Thank you for being so flexible with my family and the situation they are going through. As you know my father and my two younger brothers one being severely autistic have been homeless since being in and out of the hotel. So again I just saying thank you for being a place they can call home for now

Not recommended The bathroom was not clean and they would not allow a late check out. Luckily I packed Clorox wipes. Had to wipe poo off the underside of the toilet seat and something sticky off the shower faucet handle. I've never stayed anywhere that didn't allow a late check out before. Unheard of to me.
