Great stay! We are traveling across country and needed trailer repairs so had to stay overnight. Holiday Inn Express had easy access off I-40, it was clean, quiet, and had a good breakfast. Restaurants are close by. I recommend Pizza 9. _Service was good. Easy check-in and out. Highly recommend.

Stop over driving home Young gentleman who checked us in was professional, prompt & friendly. I later turned the shower on went to get toiletries returned and bathroom was flooded! Same gentleman came with mop/bucket to clean and offered a new room. Special mention as I believe he was alone at the desk checking in guests and assisting me by coming to my assistance twice.

Absolutely horrible The beds in here were so uncomfortable the floor turned our feet black the toilet was broken overall a horrible experience. I didn’t feel safe because the door wouldn’t close and lock all the way just honestly a horrible place 9.8/10 do not recommend. Hotel check in lady was very rude and the cleaning lady took maybe 5-7 minutes per room when cleaning.

Not the best Dining area is under renovation. Looks a bit messy. Uncomfortable bed. Only one side table besides the bed. Normally, each bed has a side table on each side. Breakfast is decent: eggs, sausages, yogurt, bread, etc. Small fridge in the room.

Nice front desk staff, dumpy room Came for a one-night stay during a cross-country road trip. Our Room 208 was sad sad sad. Leather chair at the desk was torn and fake leather peeling off - really poor first impression. Then, the refrigerator, upon opening, had the rubber sealer hanging down, out of place. The cheap furniture was nearly all scratched at edges and corners - the wallpaper was a pale golden tan - again, sad. Bed skirt, stained - sad. One overhead bulb was a florescent shade - sad. The very slow elevator had a filthy brownish rug - sad. Would not stay here again. On the positive side, the towels were very thick and fluffy, the room had a microwave, and a fridge (with lining hanging off, it was quiet, bed linens appeared clean,
