Looking much better! Rooms seem to be updated. All hard surface flooring, granite vanity. Even towels are nice. Towel bar in bath woefully small. Hung towels on hangers to dry. Room has iron and ironing board, hotel fridge and a microwave, hair dryer and small coffee maker. Coffee and cold water available in lobby all day. Very nice hot breakfast includes sausage, scrambled eggs, make your own waffles. Cold items include cereal, bagels, bread for toast, pastries, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. Milk, 3 kinds of juice, and coffee and tea. 6:30-9:30 M-F, 7-10 SS.

Grayslake Comfort Suites is TRASH NOW! I have been staying at this Comfort Suites of Grayslake for many many years, with NO complaints. Now, we have a new fellow that just bought this franchise about a year ago...in this past year I have seen this young man SO AFRAID OF LOSING BUSINESS (why I don't know because this hotel is always packed), AND BECAUSE HE IS AFRAID OF LOSING BUSINESS ~~ HE IS LETTING IN ALL KINDS OF TRASHY DEGENERATE PEOPLE!!!! The halls reek of pot, and the screaming from the lowlifes is out of control. I have steadily watched the decline of people staying here now and also the decline in respectable clientele!!!! This is my last stay here...no matter what the owner says, they are not smart enough to charge a $500-$1,000 deposit to keep the trash away....and NOW, this hotel is fast becoming just another trashy tramp and weed hotel :( It's very sad...

staff and room amazing stay! room was splendid, staff was incredibly attentive—truly a 5-star experience. The room was luxurious and clean, the team went above and beyond. A memorable experience, I highly recommend it.

Good stay at hotel. I recently stayed at this hotel and it’s really really so good hotel I really appreciated to all staff and housekeepers. Jacuzzi room with hot tub it’s really so good and I like to share my rooms pictures. I will come soon for sure

Comfortable and pleasing It was really very very good and was perfect for every people. I really liked the staff who helped me to find a best room with price and affordable for everyone. Also this hotel give to discounts for navy,AAA also seniors discount. Liked the breakfast room and food quality. Also liked the pool and hot tub in there. I was stayed for my navy graduation it’s was really good they also provided to shuttle service for navy base anddd its complimentary. I will sure come back soon…..
