What else could go wrong? This was definitely one of the worst stays I’ve had in a while. There were so many issues that I had that made it a horrible stay. Maverick at the front desk was dopey. He wasn’t very helpful and he was just kind of… there. I had to come back down stairs 5 times since he did my keys wrong. The toilet seat had a crack in it and made it uncomfortable to use. I was also charged for 4 nights when I only booked one. There is no excuse for why I had so many issues. I got a few measly bucks off my stay. Sorry, but that doesn’t cut it. I should’ve gotten a refund for all my troubles. I probably won’t ever stay here again

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL Against my better judgment I gave this motel another chance because the location was convenient for us. NEVER AGAIN. The same person who checked us in last time and charged my credit card for a room that was already paid for, was the same woman who checked us in this year. She is instantly rude and quite ignorant to try and deal with. I booked a specific room, however she placed us in a much smaller room, when I went back to the desk to get the situation corrected she refused to give us the room I booked. The motel was no where near full so I'm certain the room I booked was available. The room she gave us had small beds, and there was hardly any room to walk between the end of the beds and the entertainment center/desk. On one side of one bed there was approximately 6-8 inches of space between the wall and the bed, You could not have the bathroom door open at the same time you wanted to enter or exit the room. There was no place to plug in the coffee maker without rearranging everything. There was no place to plug in a phone charger without having to put the phone on the floor because the room was too small for more than one small night stand on one side of the bed. The entire room was ridiculously small, especially considering I booked a king suite with a bedroom. When we received our statement which was slipped under the door, we had been charged for the room we booked instead of the small room we were forced to take at check in. Luckily the woman at the desk in the morning of check out was polite, professional and credited us for the overcharge from the unprofessional, rude woman who checked us in. I have told my spouse NEVER AGAIN, I would rather sleep in my car in a Walmart parking lot than stay at this motel again.

Best hotel in Great Falls Whenever I travel to Great Falls, Montana, this is the only hotel I would ever stay at. I can’t thank everyone enough for making your hotel, my home away from home. As always! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Great Falls, Montana. This hotel is close to the airport just a short drive downtown where you can check out the most famous bar in America called the sip and dip. PS they have mermaids there.

Clean and comfortable! Nice and clean! Check in was a breeze. Julie was the front desk clerk and it was her 2nd day on the job. You would never know….she was a rockstar! Gave us tips on nearby shopping and restaurants. We felt welcome and appreciated. We will be back!!

Will not stay here again. This motel was so disappointing for a Choice Hotel. The room was filthy, there was so much dust on the TV stand I could have drawn a picture in it. There was a large clump of long hair on the floor in the bathroom and the carpet was covered with rocks and dirt. The desk also had excessive dust on it and the lamp was crooked and shoved up against the wall in a corner. I'm not sure the room was actually cleaned after the last guests, while the bed was made and the towels were folded I could not determine whether they were clean or not so we slept on top of the bed and did not use the shower so we didn't need to use the towels. The front desk staff upon check-in was unprofessional, it was obvious she either didn't want to be there or was sick and should not have been there. She kept coughing, sniffling and then wiping her eyes and nose with her hands and then handed me the keys to my room with those hands. The breakfast was decent, the staff in the breakfast area was helpful and kind, but that did not make up for the front desk staff or the conditions of the room.
