Excellent Hotel!!!! Room is clean. The whole hotel area inside and outside is clean. Courteous staff. The receptionist was very accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient location. WiFi is very strong and able to connect to multiple devices. Early check in and late check out is more than a plus. Highly recommended. Will stay here again when is town. Thank you very much to the receptionist on 11/11/2023 and dining area staff for preparing delicious food.

Old property Older property; Loud rattling noises from A/C; sliding door at bathroom / closet off track; helpful check-in clerk. Thermostat in awkward location — on wall, with 2”-3” space from bed, very tight space. Complimentary breakfast — self-service & well-stocked. Amply parking area — covered lot. Close to highway & traffic.

What you would expect from a Hampton Inn My wife and I were on a motorcycle trip in northern Wisconsin. We stayed two night here. We were checked in professional and quickly. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable with nice linens. The room is what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. The halls and public space and the outside shows some wear. It is a great downtown location, not fantastic for the Lambeau Field.

Has not improved Used to stay here quite often. A couple of years ago its laundry destroyed a shirt. Decided to come back. The bed side shelf was loose and the power connection did not work well. Worst. Cold Shower. Reported the shower. Front desk would only offer points. Demand more points. No communication from management. Avoid if possible.

Showing It's Age For the last 5 years this hotel has been a reliable choice for our fall weekend, so I am sad to report that things are showing their age. The King Suite we reserved had dust on the vents and dirt marks on the corner of the shower. The cool USB ports in the furniture were too unstable to use with our cords. For the first day the WiFii was unreliable. When I raised the issue with the front clerk he admitted they were having technical issues and gave me a phone number so I could call tech support because he wasn't able to get through. In the morning there was no Dark Roast or Decaf coffee, no potatoes, and the milk machine was broken. The only fresh fruit I saw was bananas and they were completely green. With all this, the staff were very nice and welcoming. I would stay here again, but there are likely better places these days.
