Right off Freeway Very disappointed in their breakfast, have stayed here many many times before. But we will be looking for another hotel in the future. The breakfast was waffles, didn't eat any; sausage from a week ago reheated; eggs were cold; For the money, look elsewhere to stay, that's what we're doing

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had At first glance the hotel looks nice, pretty lobby that looks good in photos, etc. Then you start noticing the things that count, and the things that are truly inexcusable for a hotel. The aged bathroom and worn walls are on part for a number of budget hotels I've stayed at as we're the chinsy and uncomfortable bed and bedding. The broken door to the pool area and broken hot tub were disappointing. What was inexcusable however was the loud partying occurring in the lobby that was not just audible but loud all the way up to the 2nd floor guest rooms. This was right in front of the desk attendant and they did nothing to control it. By almost midnight after multiple guests speaking to the people and complaining to staff it seems it was finally toned down or broken up. The main purpose of a hotel is be a place for people to sleep for a night, and this hotel failed miserably at that.

Worst experience at a hotel Arrived at 3:00 for 3:00 check-in. Told room would be ready by 3:30. Arrived at 3:35 and room was not ready, told. at least another 15 mins. 2hrs later checked in. One bed was rumpled. Got fresh sheets and made it ourselves. Left at 9 am. Asked for light housekeeping. Nothing was done when we returned at 5:30.

Do NOT Stay Here Absolute nightmare!! Our room had this horrible chemical smell. Front desk said they had no rooms available. The smell started to make us sick within minutes. The manager was EXTREMELY rude. Argued with me saying I hadn’t paid when I could prove that I did. Refused to do anything. Kept saying the charge would drop, except it was prepaid and the charge had already posted. Entire hotel is very run down. You do NOT want to stay here. We left and went to a different Country Inn & Suites. Had to file a claim with the bank.

Not a family hotel Stayed with my family for a baseball tournament. Room was not clean and neither were hallways. Caution tape on doors that had been broken into. Some rooms didn't lock because of it. Poor area was nice, but rest of hotel was not clean. We didn't stay our second night and drove home very late because I didn't want the kids there.
