Service remains during renovation. This property is now referred to as the owners company name SPX. I was worried about accommodations, service during this time of rebranding. No worry necessary. The service was friendly. The room was the same Hampton quality. The breakfast area is spacious, well appointed and comfortable; lot's of food selections. Property is clean. I will stay again during the change. The front desk explained that Hilton is requiring updating and this property will become part of the new Hilton Spark line. They anticipate all of the work and rebranding to be complete by September 2024. Interesting. If you haven't stayed at this property before, the location is great. Everything you need is right along Oneida Street. I wish SPX well!

Bare minimum amenities We'll start with the good. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The bad... There are no amenities in the room. No microwave, ice bucket, coffee maker, hairdryer. There was not even a drinking glass. Went to the ice machine thinking maybe there would be buckets there. Nope! Are we supposed to fill our pockets? Wanted to go for a swim in the late evening, only to find that the pool closed early due to a lighting isst. Desk clerk had assured me the.. pool would be open. The A/c unit was zo loud I didn't think I would ever fall asleep. All this for almost $200! Won't make that mistake again.

AC/heat unit ran all-night, key issues There was a loud air conditioning/ heat unit using which ran all night. There was no way to turn it off and it was very loud. The key system was not working and we could only use the app key which did did not consistently work. We were locked out of the room several times.

Worn and dirty Carpets throughout the hotel are soiled and dingy. Same goes for the room. There were sticky rings from drinks on the desk, showing that it had never been cleaned from previous guests...or many previous guests. Many better options for hotels in the area.

Good hotel - good location- no shuttle Hotel was good - not great . Check in went well. Close to food so convenient if you are hungry . Just a few miles from airport yet no shuttle . Not sure how these hotel can't pool together to get a shuttle for customers. Over it was ok - but having to pay for a Lyft to and from airport , seems like a miss.
