Quality Inn Stadium Area

Awful Terrible-Cancelled our Room without Telling Us I booked this hotel back in October of 2023 due to its location next to the Reach Center for the Creed concert we also bought tickets for. Get to the hotel to check in about 630 pm and am told, "oh, your payment wouldn't process so we couldn't hold the reservation and we're now sold out " I immediately asked why no one called me or left me a message or sent me an email. She of course knew nothing and called the "manager" on the phone and said "did anyone call Heather about her reservation?" "Manager" says she tried but went straight to voice mail. I asked if they left a vm. They did not. For one, I have no messages and no missed calls. So they literally gave away our reservation without an attempt to find out if we were using a different card or alert me that the payment wasn't going through. I did have to get a new debit card a couple months ago which is probably why it was a different one that when I booked it. The best part is they really didn't give a crap that we just drove four hours for a concert that starts in twenty minutes and now every place around it was sold out. I ended up calling around while standing there to find us a hotel ten minutes away where now we have to pay to park because she said we'd be towed if we stayed in their lot just to go to the concert since we were already late DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE. No apologies. No offers to make anything right. The hotel we got is a 2 star with no elevator that smells like weed and cigarettes. Avoid this place. Horrid customer service. Just horrid.

Quality in Green Bay This hotel is very good in that caters well for most patrons. It has all the amenities that a traveler needs including a coin laundry. The rooms are clean/tidy and serviced daily. Breakfast is supplied and is of a fair quality. 24hr coffee/tea is. available in the foyer. Its location is ok but local NFL team home games could be a problem. There are several Bars with 2mins walk that all compete for the loudest music. I think there must be some restrictions in place as they appear to stop at 10pm nightly, though they are still open for business. There is also a shopping centre within 2 miles.

Mom get away awful Room was clean… bathroom clean, front desk staff rude… was charge a security even when I had credit card on file… they said it’s 3to 5 days to have it returned and it has not yet… my husband even works for this company and they are not to be charging security… it’s theft… I will never stay here again

Stay at Quality Inn, Stadium Area When Visiting Green Bay! You should stay at the Quality Inn, Stadium Area. My family and I love to stay here when we visit Green Bay. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and comfy. The kids love the indoor pool. We can walk to Lambeau Field, Resch Center and Resch Expo.

Can't get much closer to Resch Center! I was here for a concert and this hotel is right across the street from Resch. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The price was decent and the rooms were surprisingly quiet for being so close to a large venue and several bars on a Friday night.
