my stay while recoverying I had come to Greeneville for a job I did not get but while staying at the place I was seeking employment I pulled my hamstring and could not walk. The people at the front desk and the staff in this hotel has been so kind to me and very helpful. I have stayed at many hotels in my life and these here have been the nicest and most helpful during my recovery.

Absolute dump Absolute dump. My room (a pet friendly room) looked Absolutely nothing like the pictures. It was beyond run down. It was a non smoking room but reeked of cigarette smoke. Dirty. Stains. Nasty carpet. I was way back in the corner of the hotel near a side door that didn't even shut all the way, non of the exterior doors locked so I felt very unsafe and had them move me. The only pet friendly room left was a smoking room. I had to go buy febreeze and use the whole bottle. Had to wash all my clothing and hair when I got home.

Not great this time We have stayed at Econo lodge in the past and have had no complaints. This time we stayed 2 nights. We arrived and they tried to put us on the second floor but i had requested a downstairs room because of my foot. She finally saw where i had requested that. They put ud in rm 305. We tried to turn the heat on as it was chilly outside Nope it did not work. Tried to call the front desk, the phone did not work either. It was so dim in the room not well lit. Go to take a shower and the water is running snd wont shut off. It still wont and is a trickle coming out after the shower. Not the best stay. I am a rewards member and thought i might get a better room than what we did.

Horrible Some of the staff was very rude, they refused to give an extra pillow, the pool was closed after being advertised as open, they didn't come in and clean the room until the third day after we complained

Even the bugs are dirty,,. We can’t believe the county health department lets this place stay open. First room we went to had yellow stains on supposedly clean sheets and towels. The smoke detector kept beeping and the front desk just told us to take the battery out because they had no replacement batteries. The tv had one channel, the Flinstones. The second room had dirty unmade sheets piled on the bed and all the water had evaporated out of the toilet bowl apparently because it hadn’t been used in so long. The third time we moved rooms (in the pouring rain late at night) the beds were made and towels appeared clean. There was moldy food in the microwave but the fridge was cold. The smoke detector had a big plastic bag over it. The next morning cockroaches ran out of my shoes when I went to put them on. I know already, my feet are fragrant
