Quality Inn Greeneville

Very nice hotel Very nice hotel inside and out. Clean and attractive lobby and professional staff. Set back a considerable distance from the main highway so there wasn't any traffic noise. Room was large, clean and updated. Very nice breakfast served. Great value.

Older property but well maintained Booked room thru Super Travel and got a very good rate; much less than websites $121 per night before taxes or discounts. Courteous front desk person with quick and painless check-in process. Under minor renovation but clean and quite. Adequate parking & this is a Choice Property.

Terrible nights sleeping The beds are just a step above a concrete slab. The beds are firm or extra firm which neither my wife nor I can sleep comfortably on. The property is being renovated and the beds are platform beds which are metal. When ever one turns over the bed makes a noise akin to a timpani drum. Imagine the noise emanating from an adjoining room with kids jumping on the bed or a couple getting busy.

All Rooms Renovated on 3/1/23 - Clean & New I just about didn't book due to ratings from 2020-2022. One review mentioned a pending renovation. So I dropped by and checked the room before booking. They are very nice and clean. I booked 4 nights and was very pleased. Great price too.

What a dump Where do I start? The grounds outside the facility are filthy. There is trash on the ground everywhere and apparently no staff that cares enough to clean it up. They claim to offer free breakfast but there is essentially nothing, a few stale obviously days old muffins. no fresh fruit, no yogurt. Even the coffee was from a dispenser machine and far from fresh, just horrible. Let's talk about the room, I stayed in room 302, which is at the end of the hall facing the back of the hotel. The air conditioner couldn't keep the room cool at all. Worse than that, I had a pocket connecting door to the adjoining room that blocked out no sound whatsoever. It might as well not even been there. Constant noise till about 11:30PM or so when the residents decided to call it a night. The pool if you can call it that is literally a swamp and a health hazard. Closed to guests thank goodness it's a foot or so deep or stagnant green swamp water and full or creatures and mosquito larva. It needs to be drained and covered. Lastly, cooking in the rooms is not allowed. The owner/operators of this dump obviously are exempt from any rules as they reside in the middle of the third floor and do as they please, including cooking. The entire third floor smells of curry and in general an Indian restaurant.
