Great customer service Outstanding experience for two night stay, visiting with family. Our third stay in two years. Customer service always excellent. Great price and location. Rooms clean and comfortable. We had a nice pool time with our nephews and awesome quality time with family in the remodeled visiting/breakfast area. Will definitely stay again. Special thank you to Jessica and other staff involved with helping me get back my iPhone cord that I had left behind. All very much appreciated!!

Front desk Karen's are my favorite! Nasty front desk with zero customer service. I have stayed at this hotel for over a decade for the same weekend. Just like ive done in the past, I reserved a room 365 days prior. They failed to clear inventory. I was booked as a temporary reservation for $1000 dollars a night. They were unwilling to cancel or rebook my reservation even though I was trying to cancel more than a week prior. I will be sleeping in my car because of Hiltons Greenfields mistake. And I bet the people at the front desk will kinda chuckle and laugh at that. I have to remind myself that the people behind the desk are actually above avg intelligence for IN. Sad to see and hear but that's 2024. No child left behind. Public education ftw. I would have written a one sentence review but there was a 200 character min for submission.

Greenfield Hampton IIt seems that for whatever reason that COVID protocols are still in place as far as cleaning rooms. We only found out after asking for more towels when the staff member told us we had to request cleaning of the room. I finally saw the notice of the cleaning schedule when a small piece of paper the size of room key fell out of the room key folder, the notice was very written in extremely small type and was very hard to read. The staff was very friendly especially those who cleaned the rooms. The bed was comfortable but the bed cover was somewhat frayed and worn. The shades were great, one to use when natural light was wanted and a room darkening shade that really did the job.

Nice stop off the highway Great stay. Quiet and convenient stop off the highway. Comes with a free warm breakfast, and the coffee is smooth and not bitter. There’s a chipotle, Panera and chick fil a very close to the hotel. Room was clean and quiet, shower has great water pressure. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They thanked us for staying which made us feel welcome. Would recommend to any travelers passing through the area.

our second stay here We recently stayed here for one night during a two-week-long road trip from our home in southeastern PA out to visit Utah’s national parks. As Hilton Honors Diamond members, we are very familiar with Hamptons and have come to rely upon the amenities and features of the brand. This particular hotel met our expectations and served our needs well. Our room was very clean and comfortable; it seemed to be newly refurbished. Our bed linens were nice, and our bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries (pump bottles mounted on the walls). (We do miss having a towel bar at the sink to hang up our hand towels—a common oversight at Hamptons—and there were no hooks for the bath towels, either.) The complimentary breakfast offered the usual options and met our expectations as well. We stayed at this hotel in 2021 as well and will not hesitate to stay here again in future travels.
