I was not impressed It stay in Wingate Hotel all the time and this one does not deserve the name. It had ants, the maid was horrible. The only thing good for breakfast was the toast.

Run the opposite way I came here as my daughter was participating in the AAU Olympics Games. We were scheduled to be here for a week. Based on the reviews, we thought this was going to be a pretty decent stay; however, it was not really a pleasant visit for us. When we got to the room, we noticed it wasn’t cleaned properly or even really at all. There was an open carton of milk left in the fridge, a knife and crumbs in the seat as well as a glob of hair in the tub. The tub was just nasty. I called to the front counter and there was no housekeeping on staff. I asked for something to clean but the manager came up and did it herself. We were told they would review everything and talk to the manager for the inconvenience; however, the manager/owner never reached back out to me. It was an uncomfortable week stay for us. We unfortunately couldn’t go to another hotel because everything was booked up because of the Junior Olympics. What was more embarrassing was the fact that we welcomed other team members to stay here before we even knew what we’d have to experience. The only reason I gave this a 2-star was because of the two employees that assisted us during our time there.(Kristin and Adeebah). I unfortunately would never stay here again when the Junior Olympics returned.

Tremendous Customer Service (Adeebah) I had the pleasure to have Adeebah be the receptionist on my stay. She was kind and extremely welcome. She would always ask if are need of anything and would always be the first to initiate conversation. I felt very welcomed and comfortable around her. I showed her my AAU Junior Olympic Gold and she was so excited and proud of me and that me happy. She felt like family. I would strongly recommend coming back here for anyone that’s it in area. I know I’ll be back.

Great Staff/ Nice Property? Great Staff and Nice Property, Comfortable Bed...From what I heard from other guests you do not want to stay at any other properties in the surrounding area...
