Amazing Staff - Great Locaton 3 years ago, our family had the unfortunate task of finding a place to stay in a matter of days. We had originally settled on this extended stay property only because it was in close proximity of my work. Before moving in, we were given a quick tour of the property and got to see inside of a room. Fast forward to 3 years later and all I have to say is that this property is managed by some of the most genuine and caring people. They treat us like we are family and go above and beyond what they are required to do. We have noticed that we aren't the only ones they treat that way. They go out of their way to say hi to us, let us know we have packages and/or mail, and even look out for us when we have food deliveries. I have learned from my stay that as long as you pay for your room timely (why would you expect otherwise) and respect the property and the other guests, you will be treated like family as well. I may miss some names, but on my list of people to send my gratitude are Kim (the manager), Nicki (the assistant manger), Carey, Carolynn, Karen, Pearl, Daphne, Ron, and all of the housekeepers. (Sorry if I forgot someone). This place is a wonderful place to stay. It is right off the interstate and less than 10 minutes from 2 Walmart's (I recommend the Marketplace), tons of restaurants, Movie Theater, and much more. If staying, look up the Palladium area and you will see what there is to offer, nearly 100 places to eat and shop. We will miss this place the day we move out. Thanks ESA GSO Airport Team!!! GREAT JOB!!!

Very average We stayed here for 2 nights and while the setup was great (we had the 2 bedroom suite), the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the room could use some help. These rooms are also very outdated and have lots of wear and tear. The bathroom floor beside the bathtub was peeling up quite a bit and we found some trash under the one bed as well as a half eaten piece of something on the floor. My daughter’s feet were also fairly dirty after running around on the carpet. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The Wrong place After checking out, I sat in the lobby watching TV, eating lunch & doing business on my phone, as I normally do when I stay in any hotel in Greensboro- I'm always here for work. My work schedule's sometimes at night so I stayed put in the lobby & patio area until going to my work location-or so I thought. A worker who had spoken to me earlier approached me (as I was obviously doing paperwork), asking if I was waiting for someone/a ride. I said, no. She asked if I was checking in; I said, no, I told her that I checked out & that I'd stayed last night. She said that I'd been there all day (which couldn't be true, since my receipt'd prove otherwise: I checked out @ 12, & the sun's shining bright-it's very hot outside). I told her that I was there for a place to be until I went back to work (where I'd worked nearby, the day before). She began grilling me with the same questions: are you waiting for a ride? are you waiting for someone to pick you up?, etc.- to which I repeated answering. She said, normally people don't stay here all day. I told her I stay all around (meaning the different hotels) because I work in Greensboro).; indicating that these hotels don't mind their guests being in the lobby after checkout. This' surprising because I've never had a problem sitting in the lobby. I said, " you don't have a business center so I've been working from my phone". I didn't want to sit in the hot car & work. I'd already thought it's cheap of them not to allow guests the usage of their WIFI after check out , especially while sitting in their lobby. I can't recall ever experiencing this at any hotel nor motel where I'd spent a night (Marriott, Red Roof, Wyndham, LaQuinta, Best Western, Holiday Inn, etc). After growing tired of her harassment, I folded up my paperwork & began to pack up my belongings. Then, she said I could stay, but I didn't. Before exiting the building, I asked her what's her position; she said, "General Manager". What she didn't know is that I was scheduled to work the next day, as well, in Greensboro. Whether I was planning to stay on this night or not, I wasn't going to stay there, because I never plan to stay there again. While she's badgering me she probably should've been checking out the guy I saw in the back parking lot/patio area who appeared from the woods with a brown bag. He didn't stop at any car, but he's back there. They have very cheap & underhanded practices. So, this' the WRONG place for me. Any traveler should be warned, if you check out at 12:01 u may be charged for another day.

Filthy, dishonest, price gauging - NEVER AGAIN We had to stay here for about a month while our house was being finalized. When checking in we were told we could pay for the whole stay or pay weekly. Since we didn't have an exact date we chose weekly. Approximately $600 per week. In October, High Point has a one-week furniture convention which nobody ever mentioned. The rent was increased to $1480 FOR ONE WEEK. They would not negotiate this amount in any way shape or form. I also heard the front desk dealing with home office on this issue for another tenant and she said, "Well, which rate do you want me to charge? $102, $140, or $180?" Also, the place (while insisting on their CLEANING STANDARDS) was filthy - see pictures. In addition - the "well-equipped" kitchen had NOTHING in it when we arrived. We had to constantly go to the front desk to ask for dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Also - while we appreciate their pet-friendly policy, there was dog crap everywhere around the hotel. Not all pet owners pick up poop - WE DO.

Dishonest, rude, and unhelpful When our new home wasn't ready for us to move ink we decided to check into this extended stay hotel for a month or so. At check in, we explained how long we would be staying and asked how payments were handled. We were told we could pay for the entire stay or pay weekly. We chose weekly because we thought it would be easier to budget and we were told there was no price differential. After staying here for almost a month, we went downstairs to pay our rent and were told that because of a furniture convention coming to town, the rates would be higher than we are paying. So, instead of paying the $595 weekly rate, we were charged $1480. THIS IS ALMOST THREE TIMES WHAT WE HAD BEEN PAYING. We believe we were not told the full story when we checked in, and this rate hike is unfair and ridiculous. We called headquarters, but we were told "a manager" would have to call us back within 48 hours. WE SHALL SEE
