Just an overnight stay… Stayed here for the night and was my first visit to a Spark hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and courteous. One of the elevators was out of order (which Happens) Room was comfortable and good. Water pressure was fairly good and it didn’t seem that busy the night I was there. When I went outside the next morning for a walk, I didn’t go long as There were multiple non guests asleep against the trees in the parking lot. The “bagel bar” was good and the staff member there was very friendly. Has a feeling of a Tru property but there are some distinct differences. Not sure if I would stay again.

Be careful! Caution: Watch out for your belongings! Theft is a concern at this establishment. The management is impolite and engages in gaslighting behaviors. On the day I checked out, my purse was logged into their lost & found system. 23 days later, when I came back to NC to get it, the purse was missing. When Hilton corporate contacted the management, they denied ever logging my purse into the system. We received no apologies from the management, only passive-aggressive behavior. We can never stay here again. I'm afraid to stay at any Hilton hotel now.

Was ok. My first time staying at a Spark hotel. Hotel was clean, in my opinion the location was kind of in a sketchy area. Breakfast was a bagel bar, and that was all. Had different toppings. I probably would not come back to this hotel when I stop again. The room was nice and big, the only plus.

Ants! I have stayed at a LOT of Hilton properties - have been Diamond the past few years. When we arrived, we were upgraded to 2 rooms because the 2 queen room we booked was unavailable. Great! The hotel was full of kids because of two sporting events. We were here for a college visit. Day 2 - one of the elevators was out of order - I assumed kids jumping in them and the second elevator was sketchy - as when we got to our floor every time it would go up and then drop. But our last night was the kicker. I left a drink cup on the table with a lid and a straw and in the morning as I was packing - ants! Everywhere! I’m sitting here waiting for my daughter to pack and they’re swarming the table. I know that’s can happen anywhere - so I’m not mad about it - but still. We also heard a family fighting at the hotel beside us - but not here.

Who needs a wall by Mexico when you can go to Spark Greensboro The stench of weed permeates the halls. The air is no fresher at the pool where you get shady looks until you decide "this ain't a family place". Just say no, man. In public places anyway. Especially when the kids are looking forward to a splash. To my kids: Sorry. Dad should have ponied up so you weren't subjected to some Get Rich or Die Tryin ghetto crap. I wouldn't bring this up if the pot stink didn't bug the bejeezus out of me, but while I'm here I need to mention that the room was jail stale. Opening the door and getting smacked in the face with death and mildew was another reminder that for 20 bucks more we could be at a Holiday Inn Express. And while I'm here. Your stale bagels and expired otis spunkmeyer muffins were yet another reminder that I need to get the kids a motorbike to scramble their memory of the time Dad took them to 8 Mile.
