Disgusting place This place is a pit. They overcharged me and the room had stains on the sheets, bed bugs, food under the bed, TV did not work. had to switch rooms. A woman in next room was pounding on the window and screaming at me, why I have no clue. Second room just as bad. The rooms smell. There is NOTHING clean what so ever in this place. Never seen a hotel room leave a brand new condom on the toilet. Parking had condoms all over it. It tells you exactly what the "guests" do in that place. Feel bad for others that had to deal with the very same crap as I did. Not surprised to see so many complaints. I only spent seven hours there and left. Place needs health department to visit. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at the desk. So I left and called them, asked for my receipt to be emailed, never got it. Had to go get it, now fighting for my money back. They are the rudest people ever. Carpets were so dirty stains all over. You would be better to sleep outside. Rooms aren't worth a dollar.

Very Pleasantly Surprised This place had several bad reviews, however.... Having stayed in Butler, and in New Kensington, at places almost twice as expensive just recently, this is by FAR the nicest, cleanest, & well maintained place yet, ESPECIALLY for the price! Kudos to Knights Inn!! All sorts of eateries nearby, too!

Yikes The absolute dirtiest, skankiest, horrific "hotel" I've ever seen in my life. I would have been better off pitching a tent on the trail behind it. Bullet holes were decorating the walls and cockroaches camping out on every surface. Stay far far far away. _

Don't stay here!!!! I would not recommend this motel to anyone. Stayed there for one night on 10/09/2021. As soon as we walked into the room, there was any empty beer can under one of the beds. It was very visible since there was no bedskirt on the box spring. The box springs were so dirty with huge stains on them. The bathroom light fixture had about 50 bugs in it. Since it was late, we had to stay. I checked for bedbugs and there were none. However, there were a lot of small bugs in the sink and many small dead bugs on the carpet. Remote batteries did not work either. Decor was so outdated. Feel like the room should have been about $40. Told the manager at check in that I was allergic to dogs so I needed a room that did not allow pets. His comment was that people sneak dogs in. At check out it was the same man. Told him my complaints and he just looked at me. Do yourself a favor and do not stay in this motel.

Horrible service dont go They refused service to me becouse of my kids and becouse my friend is black. Was very nasty and threaten to call the cops. Was giving my kids and my black friend a nasty look. I was gonna stay for 2 nights.
