Passing through town The hotel staff was nice. The breakfast was ok, were out of a lot of normal stuff. Have had much better. Room was pretty clean except for the pillows had a yellow tint to them. The bed was hard as a rock, would have expected a better pillow top or something but was not comfortable.

Ewww…dirty and worn out We typically stay at Hampton Inns during long road trips because they are consistent. This location definitely fell short. Worn furniture, dirty fabrics, lights not working in bathroom, bath products fallen off the shower wall, even a bottle of cleaning fluidfrom housekeeping stuck behind the bathroom door. The entire hotel felt neglected and dirty. On a positive note the desk staff was friendly and the hotel is in a great location with lots of dining options. Just pick a date deferent hotel.

Lots of hotels Hotel is ok. Updated mostly but smells in the hallways like BO __. Breakfast ok. Nothing to write home about. Lots of hotels around the area to choose from. Customer service is just ok. Didn’t get the warm welcome nor departure. Guess they didn’t really care if we stayed at this property or not.

Not the best at this exit This hotel is a convenient stop on way to gulf beaches. Our room was fine and check in was easy through the Hilton app. Parking lot was getting full by 10 but we got a spot. It had many spots for electrical vehicle charging that were all empty. Breakfast was ridiculous— they were out of about everything and the two workers were chatting with another worker and several people asked for more food to be put out but it was extremely slow—like 20 minutes in getting a little food out. People were standing around and sitting at tables waiting but nothing was done. We and many others left hungry. I would have preferred to stay at the Holiday Inn Express across the road but it was sold out. I’ll book earlier next time and stay there.
