Short and VERY sweet! We flew in from the west coast on a red eye and were welcomed by such kind people at the front desk. Everything here is nice and CLEAN - the hotel itself, and also our room. I want to thank Kiara in the restaurant, especially for fetching me some hot water for my tea, to take up to my room. She had a friendly smile and a generous spirit, which I really appreciated. The same with the 2 young ladies who were overseeing breakfast this morning. The breakfast was delicious - REAL orange juice, REAL bacon, REAL eggs, and REAL butter! Thank you, everyone there, for making our short stay such a treat! We most certainly WILL be coming back!

Terrible We stayed at this hotel with our team for a soccer tournament. There is a WOW factor when you enter the hotel. Then you enter the guest tower and it all goes downhill. The front desk was rude at check in and all of our keycards kept deactivating and we had to get them reset and they were rude when we asked them to do that. When we arrived to our room it was an icebox. The first night it was so cold we had multiple blankets on and kept turning the heat up but nothing. Then the next day we turned the heat up very high and it finally got hit in the room. It was either freezing cold or a sauna in the room all weekend. The ceiling was falling down and was covered in mold and water damage. The toilet was so loud that you didn’t want to flush it at night because it would wake up the entire room. Sink and shower faucet were loose and getting ready to fall off. The beds are full size beds, not queens that we were told by the tournament. Fridge didn’t work at all. The pool was so dirty that no one from our team would use it. The breakfast was overpriced along with the bar when it finally opened. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Disappointing for a Crowne Plaza Spent 3 nights there recently. Got there early so our room was not ready. Left a cell # to call when we could check in. Drove around Gville for a while and killed time at Haywood Mall. Went back a couple of hours later and our room was ready but no one called. Get to the room and the entry light didn't work/bulb was out. No trash can in the bathroom, missing body wash canister in the tub/shower. We ran into someone from the Housekeeping staff and told her about the missing trash can, bodywash, and the light. Those things were resolved when we got back to the room. In addition, there was loose tile in the bathroom near the floor, mismatched and worn towels (wash cloth had strings hanging from it and bath towels were different sizes). Very loud AC unit - kept waking me up during the night. Also, they charge $15/person for a breakfast buffet and $3.50 for just coffee. Although I didn't see what was being served, based on the small set up, it seemed smaller/less options than the breakfast buffet you would get at a Holiday Inn Express for free. The only positive things about our stay were the location, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. Noticed there were shipping containers in the side parking lot. Maybe getting ready for a reno? But as is, would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone going to Gville.

Not a Quiet Getaway I came here for one day/night to pick up my son from the airport. The weather was awful but the location to the airport was very convenient. Took a hot bath and immediately fell asleep. I awoke to children running up and down the hallway, knocking on people's doors. Walls are kind of thin, so you can hear loud conversations from the next room. I booked a room for two beds but got one king with a sofa. I got two drink coupons and breakfast for the hassle. If you don't mind the disturbances and people wearing their pj's and hair bonnets in the hotel, then this is the place for you.

Expensive room with no coffee! The room itself was comfortable, but there were no coffee creamers, etc in the room. I had to go to the lobby, where the nasty coffee cost $3.50. Needless to say, heading downstairs half asleep to get the same coffee that should've been in the room in the first place, was a literal rude awakening. I refused to pay for the coffee and that was that.
