Excellent stay This is a very nice facility! It has a nice little restaurant where you can order from a small menu but the food is excellent. Rooms are very clean. Staff is friendly. If we return to the area, we would stay here again without hesitation. The only negative is its location - which is no reflection on the hotel. The roads in Greenville can be a bit of a challenge and you can only get into the hotel going one direction.

My stay at Holiday Inn Woodruff Rd. Greenville, SC I thoroughly enjoyed the energy that was shared by Janae ( please forgive me if I misspelled her name). She greeted me with such a positive, professional and caring attitude. This positive attitude continued when we were greeted for breakfast by Laquin. My understanding is Maxine is the cook and her food was totally delicious. I will be coming back. I informed the general manager Renee Rogers of the friendliness of her staff. I look forward to my next visit. The dining room, guest room and bathrooms were all very clean. _

Excellent stay We stopped here on the way home from Myrtle Beach for one night, remembering that our last day was incredibly nice. This time, the hotel far exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were brightly lit, beds were super comfortable, the room was incredibly clean and well appointed. We had breakfast at the Buffet I have to admit that it was one of the cleanest and well serviced hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. I was delighted to actually meet the general manager, and compliment his hotel.

Clean and comfortable There may be more hotels and restaurants in the immediate area of this hotel than I’ve ever seen. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff friendly and accommodating. A well run hotel. Easy to park as long as you don’t mind sharing with some big rigs.

Never Stay Again We booked a 2 night stay at holiday inn on woodruff rd, greenville, SC, on the IHG app. We had an unexpected death occur in our family and tried to cancel the stay. The hotel and customer service with ihg was rude and refused to work with us. Because we were canceling pass the 7 day cancelation they would not refund any of our money. We loss a family member, and on top of $300. My husband has been a member with ihg for well over 10 years. But we will never stay at any ihg hotel again due to the rudeness and inconsideration that was shown to us.
