Wonderful place! This is the best Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed in. Literally the nicest people and best hospitality I’ve ever received at a small business hotel. Close to everything in greenwood, great fresh breakfast. Recommend staying here! Will come again!

Not good We stayed 3 nights they didn’t even clean the room an we especially asked for them to clean them.. are last night here they said they were completely out of towels.. I do not recommend this place terrible place to stay….. I don’t think there is any housekeeping here…

Welcoming except the boss guy Was great with all the staff except the manager belittling staff in front of the customers. He was a real creep. Bed was clean, bathroom was stocked. Air was perfect and lights were all on in expectation of us arriving.

Much Improved The GM Steve is great & staff much better. Rooms were cleaner. Keep working on the staff & their willingness to accommodate customer needs. Continue to repair and improve your facility to meet the expected consistency of the IHG customers.

AWESOME 5 stars aren't enough!! We had 5 families in town for my mom's funeral. The GM Steve Winstead and all the employees here were awesome and very accommodating. . The hot breakfast was great. We had been here about 5 months before and weren't very happy. We decided to give it one more chance and it was much clearer and hospitable.
