Excellent service! Jay at the registration desk was terrific! She was friendly and thoughtful. She went the extra mile to ensure we has everything we needed to be comfortable. We needed bedding for the pull out couch. Jay cheerfully took care of us. She has a great smile. Great job, Jay!

First time visitor The desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. The room was decently clean. There was some old food or drink marks on the walls that needed cleaning. The bed was comfortable and the biscuits for breakfast were the best I've seen at a hotel. Those who worked the breakfast area were courteous also.

Very disappointed We are Diamond Elite members of IHG. Have been for several years and I would say this is one of the worst Holiday Inn Express and Suites we Have stayed at. The floor had been vacuumed but not well. The bathroom was the worst. Grout was brown around floor and tub. Someone painted over it and it chipped off in places. The tiles in shower were broken and turned brown. I won’t even mention the shower itself. But the sink was worse. It was cracked and drain was chipped and also black. I have never given a one star, but this hotel needs a remodel.

Great place to stay! We were very pleased with our stay at the Grenada, MS Holiday Inn Express and Suites. We were greeted quickly and efficiently by a very pleasant lady. The facility was clean. We enjoyed one of the most comfortable hotel beds. Also great hot water pressure in the shower. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying. Thank you for a great overnight stay!
