Kellogg to Portland Nice, clean property. Good, easy check in. The room was nice, with comfortable bed and pillows. Very modern feel. The bathroom was very nice with all the amenities expected. Nice large tv in the room with a good thermostat for the AC. The breakfast was good with a good choice of items.

Staff or Owner do not care about Guests The power went out during our stay. Right after we left for the day to visit grandma. We come back later in the evening to find out everything is shut down. No access to our belongings. No notifications or contact from staff. We had to check in hourly to find out when they decided check for power and show up. When we finally got into the lobby, we were asking what was going on why was NO ONE notified as a group of 10+ ppl were trying to get into their room the first night we were locked out. So, we told them we would like refunded for stay and going to our room to grab belongings and leave. 3rd floor... door keys don't work. Staff says 'oh yeah, I have to badge you in" didn't even care to mention that before took the stairs. I get they cannot control a power outage, but they can control alerting ppl that they will not have a warm place to stay nor access to their belongings for who knows how long via email or phone. Booked for 3 days slept there for 1 night. Never heard back from owner or staff about refunding anything. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN.

Not one of the better Hampton Inns The breakfast was substandard for Hampton Inns. The driveway was hard to get in and out of. The hot tub is old and could use updating. The room didn’t have a closet to hang your clothes. I would have been better off to have stayed at a Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn. This last stay at this Hampton Inn will make me wonder if I should even try them again.

Poor Hampton Inn stay I'm sad to have to write a bad review of a Hampton Inn. Its never good when there are two security cars in the parking lot and multiple cameras. When checking in, had to wait for the front desk staff to show up. There was a "keep calm and I'll be back soon sign" there. The manager on duty, Payton, checked us in. She was not a pleasant person and really didn't seem to want to be there. She told us the wrong floor for our room. She also was working the desk when we checked out and had the same attitude. Our room was super small, like a New York City hotel room. We were at the end of a hallway and those rooms seemed to be smaller. Housekeeping staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast buffet was extremely limited and they stopped refilling anything 45 minutes before it ended.

Solid Hampton, comfortable evening stay Staff were friendly and efficient, room was comfortable, quiet and in good condition. Breakfast had the usual options, 10-15 min drive to airport, far enough that we heard almost no take-off or landing engine noise. I would stay again.
