Good affordable option I stayed 3 nights while attending a class in the area. This place was the cheapest in town, and I had no complaints, considering the price. Bed was comfy and room heater/AC worked fine. There was a fridge and coffee in the room, and daily maid service (sad to say that's not the norm). The fridge was loud enough that it actually woke me up a couple of nights, but everything worked fine. Breakfast was passable (waffle maker, fruit, cereal, and awful instant coffee). There was an indoor pool that I didn't use. Location is obviously convenient, next to I-80 and a couple of miles to restaurants in town. I'd stay again if in the area, and if they were cheap.

Terrible What a joke, staff couldn't fix an issue first room had a filthy bathroom dirty towels hanging up and trash. They did give us a second room but somehow it got worse. Bathroom did appear to be cleaner. However, the bed sheets and comforter were stained up and dingy definitely should've been trashed not used again. The kicker though, there was a pile of animal sh*t in the corner of the room. Thank God for covid taking sense of smell. After these issues were brought up the staff apologized and told us that sometimes it happens.

Different place next time Would not stay there again. The room was very musty, i woke up sick my 6th morning. Staff very nice, price was great ( but non-refundable). Location was awesome, but noisy. Could hear people stomping and slamming doors. Was woke up to the sound of roof repairs. Not good when you are sick

Bed bugs, one lone employee, smelly room I came here for the Iowa Indycar Double back in July and when I came there was only one girl working the desk and she wasn't allowed to leave because she was the only one working as the owner dipped off for vacation during one of their business times of the year meaning she couldn't even leave if of a family emergency. She was pretty much all by herself and so much to do with very little help. Breakfast wasn't something I wouldn't even considered as it looked like something Gordon Ramsay would flip over. The worse how ever was yet to come I went to my room and noticed a foul musk smell during the 2 days at Iowa I got really sun burn and there was insects. I woke one morning and noticed 3 bite marks under my left chest in a line thinking maybe mosquitos. When I got home I kept waking up to bites and just recently after months of cleaning and getting bit to finding bed bugs that travel it's way home to me. This was the last hotel I stayed in and nobody else in my apartment is having bed bugs. This is the first and only time I'll stay here as I've had to spend hundreds of dollars and spend even more time deep cleaning my place trying to locate their hiding nest.

You get what you pay for Rooms are musty smelling and outdated. Went to front desk and they allowed me to check out a couple other rooms, and we took the one with the least smell. Breakfast was barebones. You get what you pay for.
