A great stay First let's start with the very friendly and helpful front desk. They are always attentive and greeting people. We stayed for 11 days. During that time we saw all shifts. The blond lady, so sorry I didn't get her name, that takes care of the breakfast area, is a keeper! It was clean, restocked, lots of variety! Room service deserves a nod for taking such good care of the rooms, and hygiene! Maintenance needs to scrub the rim of the pool, to get black scum off. Also, room 222 needs the inside of the bathroom trim patched and painted. The wall next to the air conditioner is missing blue paint. Overall a stellar property, clean inside and out. And, a happy staff works here. I would change the chaise in the room, for a sleeper, or two seater couch. But, that's just my thoughts.

Will Return The pillows are the best!! Also very comfortable bed and bedding. Quiet area with everything in walking distance. The front desk woman when checking in was so kind and helpful. Room was also set at the perfect temperature, didn't need to adjust at all. Will definitely stay here next time we're in town

Great weekend in Grove City Hotel very clean. Quiet. Front desk lady Tara very friendly up on check-in. Housekeeping (Kitty?)friendly. Only thing would tell people is if you're a light sleeper, ask for the opposite side of the building. Close to the highway and noisy all night. Through no fault of the hotel. Luckily I came prepared with noise cancelling earbuds. Very convenient to everything as well. Walmart, tons of places to eat, less than 20 minutes from downtown Columbus.

Amazing The beds are so comfortable and I love that they have dove products in the bathroom. Finally hotel products that do not dry out my skin! Tara was also very helpful at check in and assisted us in changing our one night stay to a two night stay with ease.

Welcoming I have stayed in a lot of hotels and Tara at the front desk is the nicest person I have come across . The rooms were clean, the lobby was immaculate and the pool area was fun. If I had to choose something that was lacking it was the breakfast because not a lot of hot items. But it was free so really ca t complain. I would recommend this hotel and most definitely will stay here again.
