very good! Top notch location, close to most sights, great restaurants nearby and wonderful staff. Special mention about Luis at the concierge. He was very resourceful and knowledgeable and also the chef at breakfast for his omelets and the other 2 concierge staff

Rooms need serious maintenance The air conditioning wasn’t working at all, there was a roof leak because of the rain and to make it even worst, the bathroom lights were not working. Other than that, the location is great and the front desk staff was friendly. I wouldn’t stay there again because of the poor room maintenance.

Called lobby multiple times to have it checked, and technician told me that they cannot be fixed or made cooler, a temperature of about 75-78 F is about a cold as they can get.

Disappointed As soon as I walked into the lobby the place looked filthy. The front desk lady kept me waiting for a long time during check in. The a/c did not work. In fact when I called the maintenance they said that the units are not a/c units that they only provide fresh air. That’s a scam because their website says the provide air conditioning and it’s not true. The bathroom shower was clogged up and the handle came off when I tried opening. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. On top of all that when I tried to cancel and go to another place, they said they were going to charge me all nights. DO NOT give your money to this place. They are ripping people off.

Rooms don’t live up to the standard of the lobby I was excited to check into this hotel as I walk through the lobby! Really nice and modern and clean!. It was clean, but when she got to the room it was definitely dated and not really nice at all. Wasn’t somewhere you wanted to hang out a lot, but it did the job as a place to sleep and A clean the bathroom. The location is pretty good at this hotel did the job.
