Excellent stay Pleasant stay. It was suprizingly very quiet for this part of Guadalajara. And I have been to Guadaljara many times The rooms were very comfortable. Morning breakfast was nice perk. Staff service with the maitre dehotel was excellent and were very attentive to all our needs. Only downside is I would like the hot water to last longer in the shower. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel

Overall Hotel Services Has Gone Downhill! I have gone to this Hotel, almost every year, around Dec - Jan time period. The last time I was there (Dec2023 & Jan 2024) was not a really good stay. No VIP services, Loud Noises inside and outside the Room, Slow services in Restaurant area, No Desserts offered in PM, the list goes on... There were a lot issues this time around, which I had discussed with the Receptionists and also the Staff. They are fully aware of all the issues that I had during my stay. Either way, the Staff didn't seem to care at all. In my opinion, the overall Services at this Hotel has really gone downhill, to say the least. It is unfortunate, because this Hotel was one of my Favorite places to stay.☹️☹️

Lovely old world feel house-turned-hotel. Check-in was great. We arrived early so they let us leave our luggage until the room was read while we went and registered for our conference. Room was as described, clean and comfortable with a nice garden view. The entire hotel was an old charm feel with 'antique' decor and furniture. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is always locked so felt very safe and secure. Breakfast was good the couple times I was able to eat it, that being my only complaint. We partly chose this hotel due to the advertised breakfast time at 7am. Once there it was actually on hour later at 8am which meant we would have to find breakfast elsewhere to be able to get to the conference on time. They were kind enough to provide us with a tomato, ham, and cheese sandwich wrapped up the night before with an apple. Would stay again if not there for early meetings.

Awesome quiet Boutique hotel This is really a beautiful hotel in great location. Nice and quiet, walking distance to everything you need. The staff here is top notch, they do whatever they can to help you and make you feel comfortable. Angel is the everyting man, he is truly just like his name, he is an Angel sent from heaven. Fernanda is a bright shining star with a beautiful smile and always a happy attitude. The breakfast is very good, I will definitely return.

Sad it has changed- was a nice place to stay. I have stayed at this place several times throughout the years. I recently had a business trip to area and decided to stay here. What a disappointment, they have all new people that really do not know what the word service is. The place needs some renovations, my room leaked when it rained and most dangerously when you used the shower it leaked and flooded the floor which was then very slippery. The folks in the background like the maids and maintenance guy were very helpful BUT the male in the front desk at night would get pissed if you asked him for something or just a plain question- he didn’t want to get interrupted when he was on his phone texting. I will not be staying at this place again.
