Beware of road noise Street side rooms should have a disclaimer about road noise. Street side room rates are too high, $200.00 for an average room with street noise. Parking is tight and had an issue trying to find an open spot. If the price was better, they could convince me to come back because the location and docks are nice.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at Furniture is outdated and dirty. Sheets are old and apparently rusted or just stained. Went to the front desk at 2am to get another sheet because I couldn’t sleep when I saw the stains. Water was draining slowly out the sink so I pulled the stopper out and gross! _ Mold around tub and The shower would shake and make a loud noise if you turned the handle too far on hot. Shower curtain had stains! Next morning I looked at the bottom of the comforter and there was a stain like the one on the sheet. Decided to go to the front desk and get another and walked out my room to another guest and the Indian lady (that apparently owns it) in a heated argument. Got to the front desk and the lady was very rude to the guest because she was complaining that her kids sat in blood that was on the comforter and sheet. The guest had pics and the Indian lady told her to leave and never come back since she doesn’t like her place. All this because they’re filthy and trying to save money. The guest walked up to me with tears in her eyes and said good luck. I asked for another comforter and showed her the pic and she got me another. I would never recommend or stay here again! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at ‼️ especially paying 376 for 2 nights ‼️

This hotel is a hard NO We were booked for two nights. After attending an event, we returned to our rooms and there were very evident drops of blood on the bedding. It was an absolute fight with the front desk to get our money back. Incredibly rude considering the issue. The pool was disgusting - more floating hair than a pool should ever have. Very overpriced for the quality of the stay.

Warning I wouldn't stay hear if you are traveling with kids and especially if you are female. Clientele was on the sketchy end and a lot of alone males staying there. Breakfast is the same everyday, regardless. I'd be willing to pay more somewhere else just to feel safe.

Meh…. Booked a king lakefront room & had hoped it would look like the pictures online. It was not quite there. The bed was on 2 x 4s that you could see, the floor had trash where it hadn’t exactly been swept completely, the key for the door did not seem to work (and we tried both keys) but it finally let us in, and the mosquitos and spiders were a downer. The sheets had stains on them and so did the hand towel we used. The other guests were smoking outside and very loud until around 1 am, they even knocked one of the cast iron tables/chairs around that time waking up my husband. Parking wasn’t too bad, but getting out of the lot is a challenge. Friendly staff at check in/out, but I don’t know that we would choose to stay here again.
