Sleep Inn exceeded expectations The check out Gentlemen was so helpful. He helped me with my luggage to the car., also helped my husband make his waffles. The check in Lady was also helpful in finding us the exact type of room we needed for my husband's disability.. The room was clean and quiet. Thank you for going the extra mile.

Filthy This hotel is horrible. The place is disgusting. cob webs all over, the filters in the A/C unit was so gross, I ended up taking them out and cleaning them in the shower just so the unit would work. The carpet had NOT been vacuumed, dirt in the corners, stains on the furniture, the bathroom door (pocket door) would not stay closed, and they charged me $129 for this room. The room smelled like they just sprayed something to cover up the nasty smell, because this room had not been cleaned properly. I will tell everyone I know about this place. and try to help the next guy from wasting money at this hotel. I can not stress enough how dirty it was. We did not even shower because I had already cleaned the filters in the shower., just to be able to breath somewhat clean air. NEVER AGAIN "Choice" hotel.

Basic Hotel We stayed here overnight in mid April. The place is just......basic, and not very well maintained. A few examples-the room had a queen and a full bed in it. After the desk, tv/fridge stand and the armoire was added, it was a tight squeeze to get around. I was glad it was only one night. The sink is outside of the toilet/shower room, but is so close to one of the beds that it is almost impossible for someone to get ready without waking the person in the bed. The ceiling was peeling in a few spots, the beds were the 'old style' box springs and crappy mattress. The A/C had to be cranked all the way down to get to a comfortable temp in mild April weather. You could see behind the tv stand where a surge protector was plugged in and it had about an inch of dust on it. There was debris and little bits of litter under the bed behind the 'dust ruffle'. This area could have been easily vacuumed. Stains on the comforter. So, just a basic wipe down all around-it looks like they don't regularly 'deep' clean at all. The breakfast was ok, but again, very basic. Overall, for a late night stop just for a few hours of shut eye, this would probably be ok (though your back may not like those darn mattresses!). But for an extended stay or if you had more than two people in a room, I would look elsewhere.

Rude staff & disgusting rooms The room was disgusting. Wrappers and other junk in the corners of the room, on the floor. Discovered stains on the bedding, a hole in our towels, and a pubic hair on the sheets. When I asked the front desk clerk about accommodations due to an unpleasant stay another man (I assume the GM) came from the back asking what the problem was. He then got rude and advised he would not accommodate me. I asked for his name and he replied “it doesn’t matter”. HORRIBLE customer service, I’d NEVER recommend anyone to stay here.

Unethical The manager is extremely rude. He belittles and disrespects his employees in front of guests. They have bed bugs. This hotel quarantined students that either tested positive for covid-19 or were awaiting test results a month ago. Students did not keep masks on, did not stay in their rooms, or follow the other guidelines that were set for them, putting everyone in the hotel at risk. Students put trash and linens outside of their room door to be collected by housekeeping but once housekeeping was gone by 330 the halls were full of trash and linens until the next morning. They were spread out between two floors with regular guests staying in rooms next to the quarantined rooms with no idea because it was to be kept on the hush. There were absolutely no safety precautions taken to protect employees or their other guests that were completely unaware that they were not only staying in between quarantined rooms they were in the common areas and hallways with the students that weren’t staying in their rooms. Their practices are unethical
